Review 1：The restaurant staff was overwhelmed at breakfast, so there was a shortage of food at times. English/languages other than German weren't really spoken in the hotel (which surprised me).
Review 2：Friendly, helpful front desk staff. Great swimming pool! Lovely location -- hikes and easy walks just outside your door. Although the property seemed to have mostly older people staying there, I would highly recommend it for families with kids. Our kids are 8 and 10 -- we had a ton of fun in the pool, walking through the forest and building forts and exploring the nearby town.

Review 5：The hotel was amost emtpty - so some service (P.E. sauna, hotel bar didnot work, problems with Wifi) - so the real service provided does notmatch 4star hotel.
Review 6：Nice quiet place, very close to nature (Wild animals as deers or foxescoming close to the premises). Nice pool, but cool.... Rusticambiance, enough space in the rooms, but some details in bathrooom,carpets or curtains need renovation. Personnel polite and helpful. Notfar to viit Hamburg.
