Review 1：Very disappointing first impression after a call to say that the hotel couldn't honour our booking - however, problem eventually solved and overall experience still excellent.

Review 2：Location, stunning hotel and grounds. Highly recommend the Beach House and lovely chill out zone which came with our room. Staff excellent - especially Alain who turned the initial problems around. Breakfast the best we have had on the island.
