Review 11：Wifi completely unusable; bed the most uncomfortable I have slept on in many years; shower needs refurbishment: shower head didn't fit in the bracket and kept falling off in the middle of a shower, doors didn't close properly and soaked the floor. Generally the hotel needs to move into the 21st century ....
