Review 1：Nothing really to dislike - just a couple of tips. Pool view rooms are in the shade all day at this time of year. The bathroom was very nice however the opaque glass half wall would have been a little disconcerting had I been sharing with friends rather than husband. Not sure if all rooms are like this. The room towels need to be upgraded by the hotel for next season as these had seen better days. Have to pay for WiFi in rooms and it was very slow.

Review 2：The hotel is in a quiet part of C'an Picafort - actually in Son Baulo. It is very close to the nature reserve and lovely beach. There is a flat promenade walk around the resort coastline. Excellent buffet choice for all meals - we went all inclusive and this was a good option. All the staff were pleasant, friendly and very helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Spa pool is not large enough to swim in but it has lots of different water jets.There is a nice sauna and steam room. Good location for travelling along the coast and going inland. Alcudia old town is an interesting place to visit with lovely old walls and narrow streets. We went on a Tuesday which was Alcudia market day. Would certainly stay here again for an out of season break.

Review 3：Although main clientelle might be Germans, there were different nationalities in the hotel, therefore would be much nicer if we wouldn`t be constantly spoken to in German :p

Review 4：Nice, friendly staff, nice food, good facilities and entertainment. Would definately recommend to everyone and come back ourselves

Review 5：The beds were firm and the pillows were small but there was pillow "cushions" so it was fine.

Review 6：The hotel itself is furnished to a high standard. The superior sea view room was a good decision. The buffet is the best thing about this place. The staff were all very pleasant. There is a nice beach beside the hotel which is quieter than in C'an Picafort.

Review 9：Food was extra, pool was really clean, the day we left we could still use the facilities and have a shower afterwards in a seperate area after check out.

Review 10：The only possible faults I could think is that the wifi isn't free as it is 2.4 euro a day per device to have it in your room and the beds weren't the comfiest me and my partner wanted a double and ended up sleeping on two singles pushed together, not a huge bother though as you're so close to the beach and spa you don't spend a lot of time in!

Review 11：The free spa is a must! Me and my partner lived in it! Super friendly staff members, even helped us when our transfer didn't come through and made sure we were on the right bus at 5am! Everyone says hola at every opportunity it's such a friendly atmosphere, brilliant that they had areas for the children too (keeps them out of adults way haha!) We also got a free upgrade to an apartment (which was lush!!!!) Tip: down the end of the road is a shop called "tabacs" buy the ham and cheese barra for 5euro it's a giant baguette and it's gorgeous!

Review 12：Free Wi-Fi in the lobby is very weak; attempts to work for example with google maps are nearly useless. Few times after coming back from the beach at 2 p.m. we found our room hadn't cleaned yet.

Review 18：One older member of staff on at lunch time on the day I arrived was extremely rude. Shouting at me in Spanish for quite a while. I had come for lunch at 2:50pm as I had just arrived and the manager directed me to lunch. This member of staff was clearly unhappy as she had cleared tables and had to set one for me. If was an uncomfortable bowl of soup to say the least!! But the rest of the staff were amazing so so friendly!!

Review 19：Facilities are outstanding and all included in the all inclusive option. Pool is amazing!! Spa is just divine!! Close to beach although I didn't even go as loved hotel so much. Food is absolutely fab. They have a number of professional athletes staying at the hotel so as you could imagine the good needed to be top notch!! Not the sickening mix you usually get in all inclusive. The meat was all cooked fresh, they get roast chicken, cooked chicken, sushi, pork, and lots of fish. Desserts were also amazing and again I usually get sick of Spanish desserts after a day or two but I had desserts lunch and dinner time. Ha. Lots of fresh fruit. I was alone and not drinking much so they included the high end alcohol in my all inclusive such as rojaca and Bacardi! I did yoga, Pilates, cycled, done group run. So much to do. Fitness team were amazing!!

Review 20：The extra cost not detailed or mentioned during booking that you have to take a bike package out when you arrive to enable use of the garage for bike storage. It came with other benefits like an energy and recovery supplement package and water bottle, mechanical assistance to a set time before another additional cost would occur and the chance to join group rides. But as my party had brought all this with us and we had our own routes to ride all we wanted was secure storage which we thought was free. Paper thin walls to the bed rooms which you could hear everything through from your neighbours.

Review 21：The Hotel is worked by very friendly, helpful and hard working staff who couldn't do more to make the stay the best it could be. The food was of a great standard with plenty of variety for all tastes. It was incredibly clean the best hotel I have been in and had a great pool and spa facilities.

Review 24：It is like you are in Germany. Almost no spanish speakers in animation team. Animation was really poor. Only old german songs. Besides that, the animation is in the middle of the hotel, so you are able to hear everything until it ends. Fortunately it ends soon. There is no parking places owned by the hotel nor parking lots in town. Was hard to find a parking place. No place to play with kids, so for family without kids would be a good option.

Review 44：ANIMATION! Yes Animation, we had no high expectations being our first time in this island and at this Hotel. I would start with Damaris, she is the one who manages the MINICLUB and she does a wonderful job. Our little Daughter loved our stay because of her and because of Shannon (Damaris helper) as well. I would also want to say that if you are a family who likes doing sport on a daily basis, during your stay at this Hotel you won't miss your exercise or your daily routine because of Jonathan, Hitcham and Sophie. (Spinning, Running, Zumba etc..) A special thanks goes from my daughter to Iris who is a lovely girl and my daughter felt in love with her. The food was very good as well and plenty of choices. A 10 from my Family for a lovely Holiday. We will be back soon.

Review 47：Muy muy bien! :) The staff was very friendly, as for late arrival we were welcomed with free drinks in the bar and late dinner (cold menu). The room was quite big (though looks a bit dated - TV from the past century :)), we had a balcony with the sea view. The food was very good either during the breakfast as well for dinner. Drinks are not expensive! We liked the hotel very much and would strongly recommend to others!

Review 48：Had to wait 15min at the reception and no one showed up. Had to go bymyself and find the receptionist that was at the bar. Wow. The bathroomwas not cleaned when we arrived, there was feaces under the toiletseat!!! Yes, you read it! The receptionist did clean it with ourbathroom towel and sprayed something on top of it! Yes, you read itagain! He said he couldn't do more because he wasn't a cleaninglady and that the next morning the manager would talk to us first thingwith a solution for us and we were never contacted!!! The cleaningladies did not refill the bathroom with shampoo, soap nor shower gel.The first 3 days the room was not cleaned at all. Just changed thetowels. When we asked the receptionist (impolite elder lady) for showergel and shampoo she only gave us one (1) shower gel and said there wereno more. After arguing with her we were given a pack of five each to ourroom in 5 minutes and we were asked "is it good now?"... Whata nightmare!!! The Hotel is filled with low class suburban impoliteGermans that will make everything to pass in front of you in the self-service queue. Never again!!!

Review 49：There were 3 issues of major concern which the management need to address. Considering the excellent standard of the room, it was a big disappointed to find that there was no bidet. A bidet is an essentail hygenic convenience that any good hotel must have. In addition the bathroom shower floor was slippey as was the floor area used to dry off after a shower. Such an oversight of design in regards to such a well known safety issue by the hotel management reflects a lack of public health and safey knowledge by them. One slip causing injury as a result of the absense of none slip flooring is a very serious matter. We used a towel to stand on in the shower and another to step onto when exiting the shower to overcome the slippery surface issue. The security safe needed 3 visits by the technico responsible for the safe and 2 visits by hotel manager inorder to make the safe functional. It also required a visit by myself to the front desk to pay for the use of the safe. The rate per day is euro 2.80 plus euro 2.00 deposit.

Review 50：The room was modern and well lighted from natural light. The night lighting system created a friendly ambience. The room was fiited with a large safe big enough to hold a laptop computer. The breakfast was very good with a big selection to choose from except that the orange juice was packet cordial mix.
