Review 1：Old structure. I was on the floor where the rooms are not renovated. Also if I have asked well in advance. Beds absolutely not confortable. No bath kit.

Review 9：The staff was not very proffesional. A lot was missing at the breakfast (forks, knives..) and the hot meals where almost cold (except the scrambled eggs). The noise level in the restaurant, reception area, lounge area where terrible! You have to do something about that. Some type of noise isolation :-(

My booking was upto 28th aug but when ı am checking in I have asked to lady at the recrption that ı want to extend my stat upto 29th of aug and she said that is just fine, no problem. On 28th aug afternoon when ı went to my room, my and my sons belongings and luggages were not in the room. When whent down to reception to ask, the answer was my booking was upto 28th and we had to put you out. How dare they can touch belongings, how dare they put me out after all... I will never forget this. Please take them out from your list.

Review 26：Construction work on hotel in the weekend, started 830 saturday morning with loud noise, sunday at 930! Old furniture in the room, not fitting with "classic style" of hotel. Shower cabine didn't really work for me. Small and shower curtain kept blowing out, result wet bathroom.

Review 28：I think it was unfortunate timing, but the constant renovations going on around were unsettling, also the breakfast room was moved, overnight, to a different- and much better location, without prior notice. Coffee not up to much, I had to resort to espresso to taste it at all. No restaurant inconvenient, but did encourage exploration!

Review 30：Poor beds, over all poor sleeping comfort, really quite noisy as it is located by the train station and the late night "travellers" were hard to ignore … The overall lack of maintenance was however the biggest negative. Could be a grand hotel if anybody in the owner group cared to take care of the place. Unfortunately that does not seem to be the case.
Review 31：The building itself and what it likely has been, unfortunately it must have been many years since anybody cared to maintain it. The restaurant serves a grand Moroccan Tagine, made by the owner of the restaurant, for that alone I would recommend the hotel.

No air conditioning in the rooms, so had to sleep with windows open to get some fresh air, but unfortunately the night guard was smoking his cigarettes under our window and turned our non-smoking room into a smoking room, where we tried to sleep with small children.
