Review 9：A fairly mainstream hotel with all that one would expect. Good breakfast and overall ambiance. Not hugely charming in the sense that it could be anywhere, but as formulaic hotels go it was adequate. If you want to feel San Sebastian this is not probably where to go. It has the advantage of good parking.

Review 13：Nice hotel but little way from beach centre and old town. Terrible bathroom . Shower didn't have hob and leaked everywhere. Towels were very poor quality .

Review 14：Although a bit expensive, this was a nice hotel in a lovely setting on top of a hill with good access to the old town via public bus and taxi (only 10 euros for the return journey up the hill). The front desk was very friendly and helpful and the free parking much appreciated in busy San Sebastian.

Review 15：Mixed experiences with some of the staff and the breakfast was pretty basic for the money. We went at peak time so paid over the odds for an ok hotel. My rating is based on the price I paid for the quality received. Out of season when the prices are much lower this is probably a very reasonable place to stay

Review 17：Front desk upon arrival gave us a list of resturants and recommended tapas we were then left to search for ourselves. There was a resturant right by the side, but we were told they were closed on Tuesday and Wednesday for two days.

Review 21：There is no air conditioning in the rooms, so they can be hot and uncomfortable in the summer: this is not acceptable for the rate charged. I was charged for three breakfasts, even though I had only one (because it was mediocre). The hotel is on a steep hill: walking up from the beach or downtown to the hotel in the summer is not pleasant.

Review 32：Checking out was very slow and when using pool towels I felt mistrusted as I was taken a €20 deposit for each towell. the hotel isn't big enough to operate such strict rules, it took away the friendly feel for me. I don't need hotel towels. People take towels, it's a fact, and we know they're very cheap nowadays...

Review 59：I asked to be moved from the top floor to a lower one as I was so hot and couldn't sleep. I was offered a corner small room which wasn't satisfactory. I was staying at the hotel for a week and thought it must be possible to find me another room as most people weren't staying that long. I also think you should provide tea and coffee in the rooms as these drinks are only available from a machine in the lobby which are not good. I also thought the breakfast was poor. There was no information about local restaurants and it wasn't until our 5th day someone told us where one was and this could have been provided in leaflet form in the bedrooms. Our payment for the hotel kept getting mixed up by staff.
