Review 1：people smoking in rooms then throwing butts onto patio still lit so smoke wafting up into our room above even though hotel is non smoking

Review 3：Not so ideal location in the off season (we stayed late November) as everything in the surrounding area "Can Pastille" was closed. But in the Summer I imagine the area would be lovely.

Review 4：Great food!! Breakfast was included with our booking but on arrival the hotel offered an awesome deal for buffet dinners each night also which we accepted and did not regret one bit. Great value for money - the food here made our stay in Mallorca!

Review 5：There were no places to sit in the room. When I needed to sit down to do work, I had to sit on the bed. This led to the second issue. Do to having to sit on the bed, I found that the bed sagged in the middle ( from where other have had to do the same), thus causing sleeping issues at night.

Review 6：Our room (110) looked like it had been refurbished to a very high standard. The hotel was close to the beach, shops and buses.

Very pleased. The hotel was lovely and clean and in an excellent location - about a minute's walk from the beach!

Review 14：The walls are made of paper. We could hear our neighbors as if they were in the same room. It is quite unbelievable they didn't make the rooms better soundproof during the renovation...

Review 16：The only slight downside of my stay was the food. It was OK and plentiful, but quite plain and not much flavour. Perhaps an omelette at breakfast, and certainly more Spanish food in the evening would have suited me better. However this did not detract from my enjoyable stay.

Review 26：Everything was marvellous value, I found this hotel after being let down two years ago and have been back 3 times. I had asked if I could have the same room if possible and yes I did, which means they had bothered to read my mail.

Review 27：The location is superb, lots of lovely walks to do along the bay. The young lady at reception who printed off our homeward boarding cards was tremendously helpful. The refurbished rooms on the top floor are wonderful and there are fantastic sea view from the balconies.

Very close (15 meters) to Palma beach with beutifull sand. Should be 4 stars, becouse you can enjoy free champagne during breakfast.

Review 56：The pool is great and the sea and main strip is only a 1 minute walk of that. I would go back again but not go half board, the breakfast is worth getting, plus you get free prosecco. The staff were very nice and helped me out with my ankle by giving me a wheelchair as I tore a ligament on my second day and they were very helpful.

We were catching a flight to menorca the next morning and had to leave early- no breakfast because it wasn't served til 7:45am. Review 75：Proximity to sea - very close, the bus stop was very near with various options (21 to airport, 25 best one to get to Palma, stops called "Hotel El Cid" and "Hotel Java" closest), the staff was friendly and helpful, during meals the hall might be a bit noisy, but for us it was not a trouble. Great variety of food. Our hotel room and many others had a great view of the garden, pool and also the sea. Wifi was free and good quality. The famous Palma Aquarium is just a short walk away, also there were great bars, restaurants and cafes around, often with live music. There are also options nearby to rent a bike or even a car. Or just have a walk by the beach, which seemed less crowded than in Arenal. A great hotel for any type of traveller, would gladly visit again.

Review 92：Rooms were small, dingy and painted an awful color. Furniture was mismatched and looked like it came from a flea market. Small bathroom had very dark gray tiles on walls and floor. The tiles were rough textured and couldn't have been very sanitary. Some towels had so much fabric sottener on them that they were not at all absorbent.

The ater in the shower varied from ice cold to scorching hot and sometimes fast enough not to be able to react resulting in scoring pain from the hot water. I would not recommend anyone to put their kids in the shower! Hot and cold water was also mixed up in the wash basin.

Review 131：My husband and I stayed with our daughter and 3 grandchildren. The hotel was very near to the aquarium which was the object of our visit. The hotel was lovely and the staff very helpful, we would definitely stay again.

Review 135：Good location, the beach 150 m. Bicycle path 100m, the capital can be reach in 20 min with bike. Bike rent for 5eur/day in 20m. Everything is clean, room is cleaned every day. Not bad breakfest.
