Review 1：The beds were terrible. Very poor quality and could feel the springs. Ended up putting a folded up blanket under my sheets so I could sleep. First hotel that charged us for Internet - we didn't pay it. The breakfast was OK but I would say the lowest quality we've had in Spain. Also, Canyemel had a small beach and not a lot of good restaurants except the ones at the hotels that are very expensive. It might be a good place to come if you are with small children, otherwise go someplace else.

Review 2：It is well located for Canyemel a short block from the beach and pretty much in the center. Our room had a partial view of the beach even though most of the rooms did not have a view at all.

Review 3：In our room annoying shower as pressure and temperature changed every 5 seconds. If room towards the main street you might expect some noise even after midnight (if windows are open)

Review 11：- Wifi didn't work on our floor, so we had to go to lobby in order to connect to it, it was quite annoying experience. - Rooms and appliances are a bit tired and could benefit of renovating. - Absolutely nothing to do in hotel if it is a bad weather outside. In the end of May it was raining and we were super bored. All additional facilities (like billiard or pool bar) did not work. Sauna room did not look very appealing either. Quite a shame for 4 star hotel.

Review 12：+ All the staff personal were absolutely brilliant! Very friendly and smiley, starting from the cleaners, lady in charge for the breakfast and special thank you goes to receptionist Alexandra! She was just a star! Very professional, polite, friendly and nothing was a bother for her! + Breakfast was very good and it was free (included in a room rate). Nice variety of food every day - quite rare to see it for free breakfasts! + Hotel is set in a tranquil area, very peaceful and our room had a lovely terrace.

Review 15：Unfortunately we had twin bed instead of double (after asking if we canchange the room for one with double bed we've been offered another roombut it was in our opinion a lower standard one). We have been quiteshocked that 4 star hotel doesn't have kettle in the room to prepare teaor coffee. You can buy it in downstairs cafeteria and take it upstairsbut still... More than 90% of guests are Germans. Automatically thestaff was more fluent in German than English and information presentedin the hall have been mostly written only in German. We had a slidefeeling that they being treated with privileges - confirmed by moment ofour departure when the (older) receptionist (probably an owner?) havetold us our coach is waiting without even looking at us while she wasalways saying goodbye to guests greeting them outside.

Review 16：The hotel is literally a minute walk from the beach, it was a greatcomfort to have it so near (have in mind that the beach is quite small,not for a walks along the coast). Our room (and probably all of them)had a balcony with table and chairs, beautiful bathroom, spaciouswardrobe, was definitely newly refurbished. We really liked hotel's barwith delicious sangria and even live music on one of the nights. Atevenings it looked like it's the most busy place in the town. Worthmentioning is as well tasty and various breakfast. We would like tothank one of the receptionist (apologies for the description - theyounger one with dark blond hair) - she was very kind and helpful.

Review 17：Very friendly family run 4 star hotel, which has a wonderful position very close to beach, shops and restaurants. Absolutely fantastic and I recommend it to anyone looking for pure relaxation.
