Review 1：There was a new years eve party which They told us about when we arrived, but it was already fully booked. Same issue with the restaurant, all full for Silvester. I think it was better to send us the options by email so that we could make a reservation in advance. In munster it is apperently normal to go out for dinner on Silvester, so all the Nice/good places are booked

Review 4：Very warm welcome . Lovely, clean room . And an amazing breakfast Buffett . There is a bar and several restaurants on site and it's only 10 minutes on the bus to town . Free mineral water still and sparkling every day in the room was a nice touch . As was the free lipbalm and apples in the foyer to help yourself . Lovely hotel .. Hence we ve stayed here often in the past and will definitely stay there again

Review 5：the smell in the main building? it has a weird odor, not exactly too strong but slightly uncomfortable.

Review 7：Renting a bike was inflexible. We wanted to rent is only for the night, but it was the same price as renting a whole day. I suggest to rent it out for 24 hours (not strictly from morning to evening). It was a bit firther form the city centre than expected, 20 minute walk

Review 18：The hotel has been transformed so cleverly retaining the feel of the "factory" yet very clean,comfortable and contemporary. The staff were wonderful, very helpful and good fun. The hotel has a warm, friendly and fun feel, and the choice and quality of food was excellent.

Review 19：booking.com promises a 210 cm long bed. Factory hotel does not offer these beds however and blames booking.com for putting these sizes on their site. The beds facory hotel does offer, are too small for tall north europeans. So avoid if you are above 185 cm.

Review 38：This is certainly a unique hotel. I loved the design and overall ambience. Very comfortable rooms and good location. It was very convenient having several budget restaurants in the complex. Hotel was a short walk to the city and the staff very friendly and welcoming.

Review 39：The hallways from the parking garage up to the lobby have lots of heavy doors, carrying luggage to the elevator was a bit tough. Early check-in wasn't possible for all group members (we were a wedding party and needed a place to chance, the room booked on booking.com with request for an early check-in was ready though).

Review 89：The hotel is unusual, having previously been a brewery, so as the name suggests there is an industrial feel to the place. For all of that we found it a delightful experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was large and well appointed, and the breakfast was very good. The hotel has secure underground parking, and whilst it is probably a 30-40 minute walk from the town centre, you can catch a bus immediately outside of the hotel or drive in in 5 minutes. There are also a good choice of restaurants in the immediate vacinity. In future we will certainly keep an eye open for this hotel group. Wi-Fi is also free.

Review 90：Chipped bowls at breakfast - there were a lot of them - and when I alerted the staff they were not concerned. Chip bowls are a potential health hazard and your choice of bowls seem prone to chipping

Review 106：It was in a complex with lots of good bars and restaurants so we didn't need to go back into the town at night to eat. The room was well equipped and the bathroom very modern. Free bottle of mineral water was a welcome touch.

Review 107：At the check-out we were suddenly told to pay 50 Euros extra per night for our two children who had slept on the pull-out sofa of the suite. The hotel had not had such charges in 2011, nor were we told of any such charges when we made the reservation this year. The receptionist finally checked the hotel's own records of the booking and then back down. So, we didn't pay the 50 Euros, but the member of staff who dealt with us was less than courteous, claiming that we should actually have been charged it rather than apologizing for their mistake. This issue, rising prices in general, and additional charges e.g. for parking are likely to make us look elsewhere next time. A minor issue was that the selection of channels available on TV was rather restricted. The children had looked forward to a film on SuperRTL, which was not available despite being freeview.

Review 108：This is a fantastic hotel with great design features both to please the eye and to make one's stay superbly comfortable. Our children (10 and 5) absolutely loved the giant bean bags and the separate television in their part of the suite. We parents hugely enjoyed the very big and comfortable bed and the great design of everything, from the bathroom with slate tiles to the wall-to-wall bench in the bedroom. The breakfast was good too, although we are not the sorts of people who'd drink sparkling for breakfast.

Review 109：The room is too expensive, keeping in mind that the hotel is locatedoutside the city and breakfast is not included. The room is very basic(in terms of the facilities). If breakfast was included, it would havebeen a fair price. Make sure that you ask a room far away from theentrance door of the hallway.

In factthey do not have any fitness or swim pool facilities. What they offer isa connection with Fitness First (extrrnal centre) that only allow accessfor persons above 18years.The hotel does seem suitable for teenagers and rave parties. Drinking and dancing. For families i would say tje hotel is horrible.....
