Review 1：the bed in our room needed replacing but they seem to be trying to get the most out of it and having a shower over a spa bath borders on being dangerous.

Review 2：This hotel was in a good location close to beach and the old part of town. Car parking was secure but a little expensive. Room was clean.

Review 3：We asked for a double bed, and got two single beds which were pushed together. They had separate sheets on them, which act as a bit of a barrier if you're a couple who like to cuddle in bed!

Review 4：A well-located hotel, within a short walk of the town beach and the old town, where all the pintxos bars are. The hotel fittings seem a bit old (80s or 90s?) with a few mystery dials in the bathroom (and we couldn't find a switch for the bathroom exhaust fan anywhere..). However everything was clean and in good condition. The breakfast buffet was nice, with good coffee (made on the spot for you) and fresh fruit. A decent, fairly comfortable place to stay.

Review 7：For a buffet breakfast that costs €14, poor choice of cereals, consisting of only cornflakes and coco pops (the latter presumably intended for children). For guests not having cold meats, cheese, etc., would recommend the addition of a good quality cereal.

Review 8：Ideal location in the centre of the city and only a 1-minute walk from La Concha Bay, with its lovely beach and promenade, and only 10 minutes walk from the Old Town.

Review 9：The TV did not provide any channels other than in Spanish; most hotels of this rating or above usually have international cable channels. We were provided with a DVD player which did not work and had to be replaced, which admittedly was done quickly, but only after a confrontation with management. Breakfast was NOT included in the rather substantial price for our stay; we could have paid an additional £10 (14 Euro) per day per person, but what was offered as breakfast was pretty awful anyway.

Review 15：The reception manager was extremely aggressive and rude when i said that the room was much smaller than announced and the toilet is not the same as the picture announced in booking.com. We managed to move rooms (bigger room and bigger toilet) but always with a bad attitude from him! Would not recommend this hotel!

Review 25：Room was clean, but small, and very old fashioned decor. Double pillows (long pillows to be shared by two people) were a bit unusual and uncomfortable. Woolen blankets seemed an unusual choice of bed clothes for August. Free WiFi was available but completely unreliable and frustrating to use.

Review 50：We stayed at the hotel for a weekend (two nights). Friday night wereached the hotel around mid night. We were assigned room #514 (I think)and were very unpleasantly surprised by the size of the room. There wasbarely any space to walk around the room and no space to even open thecarry on luggage. When we complained at the reception, we were told thisis the only available room and unfortunately it is small. At the sameprice, we normally provide a bigger room.Thankfully the next morning, we were shifted to a bigger room, which was much better than the previous one - at least in terms of size From a hotel charging close to eur 150 per night, we would have expected the basic toiletries such as moisturizer and conditioner, but they were not available (we even asked the reception) Wifi only worked in the reception area and not in the rooms

Review 66：Traveling with my wife we stayed for six nights. Staff was always very pleasant and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure our stay was enjoyable. Hotel location was fantastic. About a block from the La Concha beach. It was an easy walk from Renfe train as well as local train station.
