Review 1：Front room overlooking the road and square a bit noisy, but not too much, and did give a nice view of the Christmas market.
Review 2：Nice hotel, clean, nice sized room. Good breakfast, pleasant staff. Good location in city centre. Near to car parks for parking.
Review 3：Very nice staff, helpful and organized. The room was renovated in January 2015, clean and large. Very nice bath. The free WiFi worked very well. Breakfast was good. Location excellent within the old city center.
Review 4：No elevator. Was fine for us, but could be problematic for someone with physical limitations. Btw, the very thoughtful women working the desk offered many times to carry our baggage, so carrying your bags up stairs is NOT an obstacle.

Review 10：No elevator but that's ok for the small house. Noisy but that was expected being in the heart of the town. The hair dryer in our room got stuck in my hair because the back piece was missing. Ouch!
Review 11：The location is superb. Overlooking the rooftops of muenster from the back side and overlooking the main shopping and dining area from the frontside. Since it's in this fantastic location, noise was expected starting early morning when the city wakes up. The hotel is small and basic but has a family character and the staff is friendly. We definitely had a good time!
Review 12：This is not a criticism but travellers with mobility problems (or lots of luggage) should be aware that the property has no lift and reception is on the first floor - or the second floor if you are American!

Review 39：The first room we were in (Room 12?) was on the top floor and there wasno wifi connection. We moved for the second night to a lovely room (Room5) on the first floor (second floor really as the reception is on thefirst floor) and wifi was great. Room 12 had a good shower but the mixertap was in the wrong place and was easily moved as you turned in theshower with resultant changes in water temperature! Not sure aboutdisabled access as the ground floor was not part of the hotel and theredidn't appear to be a lift. Maybe advisable to check with the hotel ifthis is important to you.
Review 40：Couldn't get a better location right in the centre of Munster. There wasparking at a pay car park about 5 minutes walk away. The room we were infor the second night (Room 5) was modern with a better shower than theroom on the top floor which needed a bit of modernising.

Review 48：There is no elevator in the hotel, it is very hard to carry the luggage up and down. But the staff is always very kindhearted to help me. The floor in the front of the door is not flat, especially there is a hole just before the step. I twisted my ankle twice when I went down the step.

Breakfast is very very nice. And the environment around the hotel is also very peaceful and beautiful. The room is very clean, although it is a bit small.
