Review 1：Where to start... Restaurant is like a canteen, the staff argue, lazy and completely unhelpful. The hotel itself was quite clearly built on a budget, which shows! The rooms were below average with the walls being paper thin. The only English family in the hotel. Promised activities that didn't materialize. Asked to speak to the manager on several occasions which kept on getting fobbed off...

Review 6：Rooms do not have air conditionated, only a fan on the ceiling. Insonorization of the room was not very good. We heard a lot of doors knocking throughout the nights. Night animation ended very early, approximately 10.30pm. Hotel is prefered by french and polish old people.

Review 7：The location was near the beach, approximatelly 7mins walking. The view over the sea and pool was perfect. The food variety and quantity was excelent for a 3 star hotel. The swimming pool was great. All staff was very nice. I recommend this hotel for people who rent a car, because this hotel is far from the airport, but with a car we can visit other beatches, that were amazing. I provide a very high recommendation for this hotel. To visit again...

Review 8：Near the hotel there are a pub, what it was a little bit noisy at the nights... Everybody have to pay for the wifi

Review 10：There was no air con in the rooms. Calas De Mallorca is not the nicest of resorts and was very tacky in places.

Review 11：The restaurant had an amazing choice of food and the staff there and in the bar were all really friendly and helpful. The pool was great for swimming and there were always plenty of sunbeds available. We had a sea view room and witnessed some amazing sunrises. Although some of the fittings in the room were a bit worn everything was spotlessly clean. We participated in a number of activities during the week such as football, water polo, rifle and pistol shooting, table tennis and scuba diving in the hotel pool. These activities were all free and organised by the hotel animation team. The hotel guests are predominantly French but that didn't bother us as my French is better than my Spanish.

Review 16：Loved the area, hotel, food, all inclusive - 10:30am to 10:30pm. All valuables left out and nothing was taken. Pyjamas were even folded every day even though we didn't ask for room to be made up! Mainly French, German and Polish, but we were still made to feel welcome :0)

The hotel is just 5minutes by foot to the nearest beach. The director of the hotel is a great man, very simple and do everything he can to help and speak to everybody. There was shows every night.
