Review 1：Staff very friendly, especially the barman. Location perfect for Münich and the thermen. S bahn and bus station 50 metres. All in all an enjoyable but nuch to short a stay.

Review 2：The cardkey system was broken for the duration of my stayand so someone had to always let you in to your room. Attitude of front desk staff in general was poor and unwelcoming.

Review 4：We found it very surprising that our bed was a bedsofa and not a proper bed. At a 4* hotel I expect a proper bed. Also it was rather weird to find a microwave placed next to the toilet IN the bathroom...

Review 8：Too far from the airport, the shutle buss DONT EXSIST althought they said they have it,I have paid taxi 35 eur in one direction so when you add 70 eur on price of 120 eur and add brakefast of 16 eur the price for one noght is :206 EUR what is way tooooooooo much for this kind of hotel.

Review 9：We checked in late night - called to double check earlier about thereception opening time and to double confirm that we have a doublebed/ large bed. Checking in after midnight. At the reception againthe lady lied to us - she said: "yes, its a double bed" - butin fact only two twin beds in the room with horribly soft mattress.Once challenged the lady said 'sorry but we are fully booked'and offered us to cancel and move out. So in the end - too tired thatnight - we moved beds together to make the best of it. Overpricedparking for a night. They called our room 'Junior Suite' (its ajoke) for 95 eur a night when a decent Sheraton just few miles don theroad at the airport charged only 67 eur (unfortunately did not havedouble bed rooms that night). Total rip-off. We stayed on Sat 3 jan toSun 4 jan. We will request booking.com to stop cooperating with thisHotel. They are just liars!!

Review 12：The staff are really helpful to assist in the bus and train system. To rent bicycles is really a nice experience. The serve are very good and it is comfortable to stay there.

Review 13：There is no internet - they ask you to pay for it, there is sauna butthere are no bathrobes - you have to pay for them...The breakfast costsfreaking 16 eur, they charge you for the parking too. So everything thatthey can, they charge you for it. I was quite upset with their attitudein these regards and would not recommend this place for this purpose

Review 15：I stayed just one night at the hotel. It is very close to the bus and train station. Easy to get a taxi to the airport. The hotel was clean, small café but the staff were helpful except for one receptionist. I had booked a taxi for the airport and three Arab males asked her to get them a taxi to the airport. Without askw me she told them that they can share my taxi as she can not get in touch with the taxi . It is a sensitive issue in some cultures t travel with male strangers.

Review 17：As you probably can see from your records we have been staying at your hotel since at least 2002. It is a great location with generous size rooms. We actually used the hotel 3 times in the month of July. Daughters stayed there on their way back to the U.S. husband and friends stayed there on way from U.S. and again we all stayed there on our recent return to U.S.

Review 46：Stayed in this hotel only for one night. It takes around 15-20 minutes and costs around 27-30 euro to get there by taxi from the airport, and as far as taxi drivers told me usually there are no traffic jams on this route. Room was clean, bed was realy good (and you can ask for additional pillows if you wish) plus it was quite at night. There's a supermarket in a 5 minute's walk. We payed E89 for the room (2 adults + 3yo child) and i guess it's good value for money - most hotels near the airport were much more expensive - especially if you need to spend a night between flights and don't have enough time to go to Munich

Review 47：WiFi, really poor and not acceptable for the class of this hotel. One connection per room only 1 hour is really bad. On the business room for meeting, at least you can have free WiFi. I'll not recommand because the WiFi.

Review 49：Eroding seems to be a lovely town, but we did not have time to explore it. We must note that the majority of restaurants do NOT accept credit or debit cards; they insist on cash. As this was the last day of our journey, we had tried to spend all of our Euros before arriving in Erding, so we were disadvantaged by the requirement for cash payments. Also, the costs of the taxis from Munich to Erding and then from Erding to the Munich airport were much higher than we had anticipated. Not being familiar with the area, we should have done research on other forms of transport or a different itinerary.

Review 50：The hotel was very nice, and the food iand service in the adjoining restaurant was good. The decor in our room was a sharp contrast to the 3 other hotels we stayed in during our trip, because it was modern, while the others were more tradition. That is not a bad thing, but it was slightly unexpected.

Review 51：Although we were a bit late for breakfast, around 930, there was hardly anything left to eat of fruit, ham, no fried eggs etc and no questions as to whether we wanted any more of anything. The leftover bread was dry and the coffee lukewarm, and the waiter a bit too busy to get us out of the restaurant.

Review 56：Location was great. Close to s baun but a very quite area. We skippedthe expensive breakfast and walked across the street to the bakery at sbaun station. Plenty of restaurants in the area. The beds werecomfortable. I has my boxer dog with me and the staff was helpful andfriendly. The garage parking was a helpful addition to our stay.

Review 57：Only one thing - we went to the Bistro Bar for an after dinner drink and sat at the bar. I noticed there was dishwater in the sink behind the bar when we arrived. As we were leaving, I saw that the bartender took a couple of glasses from other customers, dipped them into the water, dried them by hand and put them back on the shelf. This was surprising, especially as one of the other customers had a nasty cough. I think all dishes and glasses should always be washed in a dishwasher so they can be washed in hot water and sterilised. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay very much and everything was wonderful.

Review 58：The hotel is close to the train station and is nicely decorated and clean. The staff had no problem with speaking English, and we were permitted a late checkout with no extra charge, which we appreciated. Our room was quite quiet for sleeping (we had a non-smoking room facing the courtyard), and it had a small balcony which was pleasant.

Review 63：flexible and fast transportation, S2 metro is very easy to reach Munich downtown and bus is very easy to airport. Chinese special: China national flag in the front of gate, Chinese dinner, Chinese TV channel CCTV4 and Airchina staff...
