Review 1：1 staff member at the front desk was a little abrupt, told him i need an invoice for the room i paid for, he told me to come back in 5mins and he will have it waiting for me, went back in 5-10mins, and he just looked at me with a what the hell are you talking about look on his face, he also screwed his face up a lot when asking him questions, he seemed to understand perfectly before taking our money though, i just waited till the next day when someone else was on the front desk, got my invoice then, apart from that man, everyone else was really nice at the hotel, will be going back

Review 3：Not a great choice for evening meal but the all inclusive price was good so we didn't mind paying to eat out a few nights. We paid extra for a Seaview but could only see the sea if we stretched our neck over the balcony.

Review 7：Microwave was just full of rust, item needs to be replaced. Balcony needs repair as concrete was cracked and loose seemed unsafe. Had to pay for wifi and then its so slow and did not work all the time and very expensive.

Review 11：The beds were like camp beds with sleeping bag type covers, good for a Hostel but not a 3* hotel. No toaster in kitchen area, but could rent one. Deposit needed for remote and hairdryer, all these costs add up and take away peoples hard earned spending money at the beginning of the holiday. Cost of wi-fi..7 euros per day, disgraceful, should be free. Plenty of bars and hotels around with free though. The rooms are looking tired, although I think they are re-decorating bit by bit. Rooms only cleaned/beds changed every three days, had to fetch clean towels off the trolley outside along with loo rolls! Shower not good, pressure is not enough for the shower heads, had to resort to having baths. All in all, would give this hotel a 2*

Review 14：The apartment was crawling with tiny ants, in kitchen area, and saw some in the bed, not sure what they were, may have been bed bugs, but my partner and I came out in literally hundreds of boils / bites which were really itchy and pus filled, they came out at the end of our holiday, and we think it's down to the bugs and bedding, no mattress protector, no fitted sheet so most of the time you're sliding about on a bare mattress that god knows how many have slept on, and there are 2 hideous itchy woolen blankets in the wardrobe which we were forced to use as it was chilly at night, they didn't smell fresh at all. Beds weren't changed once during our week stay, and as for fresh towels and loo roll, well you'd think we were asking them to donate a kidney. Bins not emptied in apartment daily so unhygienic storing rubbish. Wifi is 7 euro a day.

Review 16：As we went all inclusive you expect to have some entertainment on of some sort but there was nothing. The food was pretty much the same each day but don't get me wrong it was tasty but we ended up eating out 4 times because of this. Overall i think this hotel would be a lot better if they had some sort of activities/entertainment on for the all inclusive guests or to keep the hotel as a self catering basis only.

Review 42：The filthy, greasy walls and skirting boards around the kitchen, dining and seating areas. The stained and marked bedroom walls. The poorly equipped kitchen. The grotty bathroom with cracked tiles, moldy grouting, pubic hairs caught in messy silicon filler around the bath. The grimy curtain and windows out to the balcony. The cracked tiles on the balustrade of the balcony. NOTE: I took photos as evidence of all of these items and am happy to share them with BOOKING.com if needs be. .

Review 49：I booked a room with a view on the ocean, but you could see the Ocean only from a corner of the balcony and only if you were tall. Either dont spend money on views, or check whether rooms have direct or side views. very disappointing

Review 51：the food was awful, always served cold, choice was ridiculous. Hotel only had 40 people in on our busiest day but the restaurant still was unable to supply presentable/edible food. Weekly barbeque - Never happenend!! Tea/Coffee was not served with meals - as advertised.Children were in Hotel - this should have been Exclusively Adult (reason why we chose this hotel)- False advertising all round and I am already complaining to Hotel for a refund. Rooms were mopped twice a week but kitchen area/tables etc were never wiped. Very tired rooms.
