Review 1：The rooms and the corridor seemed to be huffing. A leak at the room door and powerful ventilation systems got the door to make howl and whistle sounds, it could be prevented by laying a towel along the door's underside. It lacked power in half of the room's electrical outlets and lights in half the lights. Although we were two guests we were only handed out one key card and it would also be used to get the car out of the garage, so when I drove to pick up something in town, my wife were missing a card to have electricity in the room.

Review 2：We declined the daily cleaning because we were in the room in the morning when the maids came by. But after we had been a trip out shopping later in the day. The maids had chosen to return and clean the room and renew the items we had used. Super good service from the maids. Receptionists informative and experienced. The maids were friendly and efficient. Staff in the breakfast restaurant provided quality service.

Review 3：Carpets looked old with several stains hard to find an electric plug for the boiler in the room. Had to place it on the floor at the door View to the parking space not exactly exciting

Review 7：It was hot in the room (no airco) so window and curtains had to be opened, but then everyone can see you lying in bed. A lot of noize at night (3 am until 4.30 am) because of a bus that was departing. Bathroom was not very clean and stains on the carpet + a bit smelly in the room.

Review 28：Asked for a quiet room, which I later found they have, but was given a room facing the square. No net curtains, so you are either exposed to onlookers on the street, even on 1st floor, or you have to pull the main curtains. The staff that pulled down the rating was the restaurant staff, not very attentive.

Review 32：A mistake happend when I booked the hotel and I paid twice for the room. Still, almost a week later has the issue not been solved. There are a big difference between who you speak to at the reception. Som are nice and what you expect but most of the personel are very unkind and lazy when it comes to helping you.

Review 33：The rooms have huge windows from bottom to top. You are like in a fish bowl. I had to close curtains to have some privacy and just change clothes. There's less comfort than you'd expect from, say, a German hotel, but that's typical for Denmark. Everything is very basic.

Review 34：It's a decent hotel in the very centre of Kolding, right across the train station. VERY convenient if you travel by train. The restaurant serves very good dishes. Personnel is friendly and helpful.

Review 45：+ The big advantage is the good location if you travel by bus/train.+ They say no extra beds are offered and I asked via e-mail if I can book a double room for two adults and one child (5 years old). They said it is Ok unless we do not neet an extra bed. + Everything else is as described, my expectations were met :)

Review 46：Although the restaurant was very friendly and pleasant, the menu was very limited. I also had the most awful night sleep, the night I stayed. This was not due to an uncomfortable bed. There was torrential rain the night I stayed and I hardly got any sleep from 2 am when I woke up to 5.30am when I had to get up to get ready to catch a train from Kolding to Copenhagen at 06.40 am. The rain drops were falling onto the metal ballustrade surrounding the slanting window. The window was closed, along with the curtains, but the noise created was extremely surprising. It was as if somebody was playing a harp all night long. I had also requested a double bed, but got a twin room.

Review 50：They recently installed a new wifi system which is very frustrating, constantly dropping the line, have to re log in maybe 15 times or more an hour and even no Internet at all for hours at a time. New policy to charge 100'DKk per hour for 'early check in fee'!!!! Only 1 person at front desk. Several other hotels nearby offer much better value. This event we booked ~40 room nites & >200 /yr, but I will not come back again!
