Review 3：The wifi :( there was free internet access with 7kb/s speed but I had to pay extra 7 EUR/day for a little bit faster access (150kb/s). For that amount of money this is slow internet. The hotel has no bar/lounge.

Review 4：We traveled to Munich for a conference and there was affordable accommodation in Erding. The rooms are clean and bed is comfortable. The breakfast was really good: wide selection of continental food. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Review 5：Bed was two single beds joined together - awful when you are a couple who still would like to hug in bed.

Review 6：Went there for one night after our fight was delayed. Staff was extremely nice even when we said we will arrive after 12:00 pm. Very close to the airport by car and of coarse very nice breakfast. Overall great solution for a night or two close to Munich airport.

Review 9：There is no lift in the property and we got the second floor room. With 35 and 40 kg travel bag it was a unbelievable to reach to the room. Wi-Fi was also limited but there was no clear statement for this condition- cheating.

Review 14：- Our room seemed to be a smoking room. - At the reception, hall and corridor I saw no children, just males. - We did not find the microwave, which was included in the offer. - Kitchenette also wasn't "in mint condition". - The receptionist charged my credit card at our arrival. This does not indicate good guests portfolio of this place. - The price is too high for the quality we got. - This place is definitely not for families.

Review 16：Small bed for a couple. Kitchen facilities are misleading - there is a nook with a small sink, counter and cabinets with a set of dishes for 2, and a refrigerator. No hot plate or cooking facilities. No coffee/tea making equipment either but the front desk staff arranged a water cooker for the room. Bathroom, while apparently clean, had black spots on tile grout. Mildew on walls near balcony door.

Review 17：The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The patio door opened up to the sidewalk along the street which was easy access to get the dog in and out. Directly across the street from a park. Close to pharmacy and grocery store. Even though train tracks and station were directly behind the hotel and our room fronted the main street, it was very quiet - good soundproofing. Offer on Booking.com was good value for money - any higher would not have been. Location to therme Erding is excellent - 5 minute drive or about 1/2 hour walk for the ambitious. Train station right across the street from the hotel so excellent connections to Munich as well.

Review 18：No free wi-fi except in the lobby, who wants to face their wife in front of a receptionist or other guests? 7 Euros a night in your room is expensive. If you want to use public transport to the airport this hotel is not well situated. There is no lift, so heavy cases have to be carried up potentially four sets of stairs. The lock in my room had obviously been forced at some stage, but instead of replacing the whole wooden door jam, the splintered wood had been glued and screwed back in place. Didn't make me feel very safe or secure. Shower was defective, water poured out the side of the shower head (no rubber seal). I would not recommend this hotel.

Review 21：You get free wifi in the lounge but need to pay for any wifi in the room. The cost of the hotel was high for the quality of the hotel but it was Octoberfest so perhaps it drops at other times of the year

Review 50：Breakfast is 10 Euros per person which should be included in the room price. This is standard in most of Europe. The internet charge is excessive and should be gratis as it does not cost the Hotel anything to provide this service. 7 Euros was too much to pay. There is no blow dryer in the bathroom or any vanity items such as shampoo. There is also no coffee maker even though cups, dishes and cutlery are provided in the room. In the evening there is no one at the front desk, so if you have any problems there is no one to call. We did not need air conditioning as it was May and cool that day but if we stayed in the summer it would definitely be a problem. If you need a place to stay the night before a flight it serves the purpose but we would not stay here for several days during a vacation to tour Munich.

Review 51：If you have a rental car, it is not too far from the airport thus convenient to wake up, get ready and drop the car off at the airport before boarding. There is also the S-Bahn(train) that takes you to the heart of Munich within a few steps if you want to go into town. The room was clean and generally comfortable and it is a good Hotel to stay at the last night before leaving Europe. There is also ample parking for a car which is nice because that is a problem in Europe generally. All rooms have a balcony or a walk out terrace, which is also nice. This is the second time we stayed at this Hotel, each time the night before our flight back to Canada. Each time we also had a rental car so for that purpose it is a good place to stay for a night.

Review 52：'Tired' looking room: broken handles on wardrobe/cupboard; broken hangers. Fridge was left off and unplugged, so that if i'd wanted to put anything in it, it would not have been cold. Helpfulness of staff - I arrived just before 9pm, when the reception desk closes for the night on a Sunday (!), and felt that the girl at the desk couldn't wait to get away. Breakfast very average.

Review 68：A lot. First off, we asked for the front desk to call and arrange a taxifor us to get us to the airport since we were leaving in the morning.They told us no problem. No taxi ever showed up. Second, we picked thehotel because it was supposedly only a few miles from the Airport. Endedup being a 20+ minute drive to the Airport. Third, the hotel is locatedacross the street from some type of farm and if you're hoping to openthe windows to get fresh air, all you're going to get is the smell ofmanure. Fourth, the vending machines were completely out of everything,and there is no where close by to get any drinks. Soda, beer or other.

It is next to the train tracks but it was in close proximity to where we needed to be and it was clean and comfortable enough. Adequate is the word I would use to describe it.

The hotel was clean, the room large even had a small kitchen which meant wee could bring our own breakfast for our early start.. I had looked at s lot of hotels to stay in the area but they were all more expensive. The staff were friendly ,had very good english and were very accomodating.
