Review 1：Only downside was uncomfortable hard mattress on the beds, but if you had a couple of drinks before bed you didn't notice it!
Review 2：Location of villa was excellent, just a short walk to the centre of the town with all the facilities and nightlife and a shopping mall nearby. Villa was roomy with large kitchen and lounge with enclosed garden for sunbathing. Would definitely go back to this villa.
Review 3：Only disappointments was the satellite tv only had bbc news channel and nothing else in english but plenty German channels so ok if your german. Double bed was uncomfortable, low and noisy every time you move it creaked and squeaked so kept on waking myself up !!

Review 5：Because we stayed in late January ! After a meal in, English television channels would have been the icing on the cake . Sat. T.V.was available but not a lot to entertain British clients. Like many places in Spain and islands there are a lot of unfinished buildings this villa is set amongst some of those , if you can accept that great!
Review 6：The overall cleanliness of this villa was excellent The bathrooms were spotless with brilliant white towels . Bedrooms fresh and clean,excellent private garden with good quality sun loungers all sat on Astra turf.pool was great !!Nothing was too much trouble for the people looking after the villa with regular cleaning and towel and bedding changes, Loly was a superb host and we will return . This property is ideally situated to the local amenities.
Review 7：Just one thing - the bed mattress was a little uncomfortable to sleep on.
Review 8：The villa has everything and is well situated, just a little away from the sea. Loly was lovely & well organized and Leandro (hope this is right) helped us out when leaving. Our goals were to dive with Deep Blue Diving and to relax, both of which we did. Feliz ano nuevo a todo!

Review 11：The swimming pool can feel a little chilly due to the constant Fuerteventura wind which cools the pool down. We noted the next door villa had a pool cover when not in use which maybe a good idea. Beds were a little hard.
Review 12：The villa is quite new and all facilities are modern and clean. The staff, Loly, Chely and Abelardo, were very helpful and friendly and could not do enough for us especially when we had a problem with the water pressure. It is great having a swimming pool and garden, which is not overlooked, gets sun virtually all day. Location good for walking to Caleta de fuste - about 10mins.

Review 20：The manager Loly was extremely helpful and very friendly. Lovely, very spacious, well equipped villa in a good location (if you can look beyond the halted construction/development work surrounding the villa). The astro-turf around the pool is a great feature.
Review 21：Hot water was running out after two showers, a bit annoying in a house for six people. Minor issue however given that water when not heated was fresh, but not very cold. Can be accommodated by smart sequencing of showers after sun-bathing and swimming at sea.

Review 23：Swimming pool was dirty & we couldn't use it the last 5 days of our holiday. We had an intruder who intended to rob us. Police were called & because of this we had to sleep with the windows shut, this resulted in very unsettled sleep as it was so hot, despite being told, prior to our holiday by staff at booking.com that there were fans, there were no fans or air conditioning.
