Review 1：Due to an annoying sound (presumably some sort of electrical installation) that seemed to come from within the wall next to my bed, and which recurred every few minutes, I found myself unable to sleep. When I called reception at around 01:00, staff promised to look into it. 5 calls later, still nothing seemed to have ben done. It was left to me to ask to be moved to a different room. To my horror, the same noise was audible there (albeit much quieter). On checkout the next morning, reception staff were entirely unapologetic and I had to push hard before a discount was granted. Won't be returning for sure. On another note, the layout of the breakfast room is so confusing that no orderly queues can form, so people are forever milling about and in each others' way.

Review 3：Comfortable, clean with very friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location for the centre of Munster and, with a good map, an easy walk to and from the railway station. Excellent buffet breakfast - the hot chocolate is recommended.

Review 4：The person at the reception - I assume accidentally - tried to bill me one breakfast more than I actually took, which was corrected after our claim.

Review 5：The breakfast service was very nice. Especially the kind and prompt reaction of the waiter as I spilled the coffee on the table was quite heart warming.

Review 6：It was hot in the room and the air conditioning (operated centrally) did not work. I had to open the window and did not sleep very well due to noise on the street.

Review 7：Location - convenient for the University, the central shopping area and the city's main attractions. Staff was always very polite and helpful. A free bottle of water was provided on my arrival, which was a very nice gesture. Breakfast is a bit on expensive side, but definitely worth checking as they provide a good variety of meats, cheeses, breads etc. Everything was tasty! Overall, a good place to stay if you need to visit the University.

Review 9：My only complaint concerns the breakfast. Although I have no complaint about the content or the quality/wealth of offerings, the 14Euro price was high for those who wanted only a light meal.

Review 18：Easy to get to and right next to the centre; the staff were really friendly and helpful, from reception and breakfast through to the cleaning staff. The breakfast buffet is well above average for a three-star hotel in Germany. A standard single room is reasonable in size, just a little cramped in the bathroom, but the desk working space is the length of the room and excellent.

Review 19：We had a great stay, reception staff was helpful. Great way to see the city is by bikes, the hotel bikes are really comfortable. Best part was the Sauna on the fourth floor, super chill and lovely atmosphere, also nice terrace with great view. Cool idea about the weather forecast in the elevator :) And great taxi service. Review 20：Terribly expensive for a small room and a narrow bed. Furniture simple and not comfortable. Religiously orientated atmosphere of the place shines through with cross on the wall and bible sitting on the bedside table.

Review 22：Wifi did not reach to the first room the put me in and the wifi in general was very slow. The shower water cycled between freezing cold and blistering hot, making showers uncomfortable and a little dangerous. The rooms are tiny, leaving very little room for even minor amounts of luggage, and the beds are extremely narrow. High cost for such tiny rooms. Expensive breakfast option. The highly visible religious aspect of the hotel decoration was offputting.

Review 23：The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection was extensive and delicious. The location is very convenient. When I pointed out that the wifi did not reach my room they immediately shifted me to a room with better reception

Review 29：Position of hotel, friendliness of staff and breakfast The hotel was well placed for sightseeing and staff were very helpful, booking a taxi for me and answering any questions I had. The ability to check in on-line using the hotel facilities was particularly helpful.

Review 30：One very small niggle: we asked for extra pillows but since there was only one person on reception we had to wait until 10pm for the next shift to arrive so she could deliver them. Small point however and it could have been avoided if we had thought about it earlier in the day.

Review 31：Loved pretty much everything. From the description we expected a public car park a distance from the hotel but it was attached, underground, with very easy access. The hotel has been brought up to date with clean lines and no-fuss facilities. Everything worked well, including door keys, lifts, shower, TV and wifi. Even the air con was quiet and you could also have the option of opening the window fully instead. The staff took the trouble to warn about a city council water cut-off in the middle of one night, and were well-spoken with good English, courteous ready to answer questions . I liked the daily weather forecast posted in the lifts too!

Review 32：There were only 3 English channels on TV--CNN, BBC and CNBC. There was no other program on cable TV that a non-German guest could watch and understand.

Review 33：The Hotel is near to all places of interests--the Rathaus, St. Paul Cathedral, ScholssPlatz, Principal Market, Open Market, the shopping centers, bus stops, the University, musuem, etc. Wifi is also available for free and the people at the reception as well as on the floors were very friendly and helpful.

Review 109：Take a sat-nav to initially locate the hotel! Arriving by car, we struggled to make our way around the bicycle-filled, one-way system and eventually paid a taxi driver to lead the way. Once located, it was easy to find again.

Review 110：Excellent location within 2-3 minutes walk from the pretty town centre and the lovely park. Our rooms were very clean with comfortable beds. The staff were friendly, professional and were able to help with our requests about restaurants.

Review 115：room rate was quite high (103 € for two persons, without breakfast). Parking fee (13€) was charged additionally. This makes 116 € just for the night!! Another 2x13 € if we had decided to have breakfast too. This is considered as very high. Staff at the reception was very friendly, but not real amiliar with the major touristic sights of the region.
