Review 1：Nothing to dislike

Review 2：Everything was good,the apartment was nice,clean and the location for us was perfect. The swimming pool is another good thing and was great fun for the children. Big thank you to the manager Sasha who did make us feel very welcome.

Review 3：Climbing a tiny stair to the bedroom. didn't venture to the toilet during night, for fear i would break my neck on the stair. Not really a duplex, not suitable for more than 2 persons.The bedroom is on a sort of balcony under the roof, not entirely separated from the living, so you could hear anything from the living, while in the bedroom. Lack of toiletries. The fact that they deliver the bedclothes , but you have to make the bed. The activities of the neighbours that were repairing various things in the complex making the location noisy and working site like for the working hours. No breakfast options. The room was not heated when we arrived, though there were 4 celsius degrees outside. took us a day to warm up the place.

Review 4：The location. splendid views from the front row buildings. very secluded , in the heart of the nature, yet urban. Fully equiped kitchen, everything needed wad there from cutlery to salt, oil, spices, sugar, coffee, paper towels and kitchen towels. Nice bath, everything new. Nice terrace.

Review 5：Lack of view if you stay in a villa behind the front row. The climb to the bed. if u are not a gymnast, don't go to the toilet or fridge in the middle of the night, half asleep. u might die falling on the tiny stair. The lack of ammenities, toiletries.. The repairs in progress that made the place noisy during working hours. That we had to make the beds and had no cleaning services. The cold welcome. the room was not heated when we arrived.

Review 6：Location, view of the hills, wild nature in some villas (ask for villa no 9 or similar). The fact that you had anything u need in the ktichen: napkins, coffee, sugar, oil, salt, even spices, cooking pans of all kind, bawls, plates, knives, ... Terrace, living, kitchen.

Review 7：The community grill grate was unavailable since it was locked away by the property manager who apparently leaves at 3PM on Fridays until Monday morning. Since this was one of the features I booked this property for, it was quite a disappointment to be unable to properly use the grillplatz. The pool closes early each evening to under 18 and on Sunday evenings which was less than convenient, even though we never saw anyone else use it.

Review 8：Great central location to all the Black Forest sites. Quiet with lovely views. Warm welcome and lots of tips from staff. Free wi-fi and plenty of space in the two apartments we rented for our family of 6.

Review 10：Peaceful and quiet place in the mountain perfect for vacation with a small child. Great pool. Apartment is well furnished with everything including kitchen. Great view from the balcony.

Review 11：Don't come here is you can't speak German. All information about the place, walking tracks, sites, attractions, notice boards, library is in German. With no Internet and very poor cell mobile reception we could not look anything up. There is a small very old TV with 80+ channels from satellite all in German only. It has washing machine that is extremely confusing how to use and has instructions only in German. Washing machine requires 50 Euro coins which resulted in a drive into town to get some. The shower head is detachable and would not stay in place. Water was cool to lukewarm at most times throughout the day (never once did I have a hot shower). Site is not managed throughout the day. No where is possible to contact the manager as he is offsite most of the day and no phone onsite to contact him. You have to pay extra for bed linen. There are no wash cloths or tea towels in the kitchen. Most of the people I encountered there did not speak German and found things difficult. If you are not German then stay somewhere else.

Review 12：Location is pretty good. This place could be great if they catered for international people, provided Internet access for all units did some maintenance etc.
