Review 1：The toilet pan in room 315 has to be altered,you could only sit on the pan side on as there was no room for your legs as the shower screen was about 8 inches in front of the pan and you could only open the shower screen half way

Review 2：Location to airport 5 minutes,the staff and the owner very friendly and helpful, the food was better than expected,having your bacon and eggs cooked to order at breakfast was excellent as was the grill section at evening meal. I would go back but not to room 315.

Review 3：Food very much the same everyday the first two mornings breakfast was in the bar area it was chaos ! In our room the toilet was so close to the shower cubicle you could not sit on it properly also one in men's toilets the same. Balcony furniture was uncomfortable metal chairs. Waiting time to enter the restaurant in the evenings was far too long some nights waiting for up to 40 minutes to eat . We came to this hotel before it was refurbished and we loved it I think it's changed for the worse

Review 5：I did not enjoy: the actual bed, it was very hard and uncomfortable to sleep in; the bathroom was very small but clean; the bedroom and closet space was very small and not much room to move around; furniture was basic and cheap; having to pay for internet was unacceptable.

Review 6：I enjoyed: the closeness to the actual beach and local restaurants/shops; the offering of included meals; the entire hotel was very clean and the front desk personnel was mostly helpful.

Review 7：The breakfast was usually quite good and extensive, however on one of our final days the items weren't replenished meaning there was no bread and no yoghurt during normal breakfast hours. The kitchen prepares bacon & eggs freshly on order, which is great, but sometimes these meals arrived stone cold at our table. The toiletries also weren't replenished every day, which was a nuisance in the shower.

Review 8：Absolutely great location, relatively modern building with good facilities. There's plenty of (live) entertainment nearby, but everything goes quiet at 12 - which was perfect for us. The hotel is close to the beach as well as to Palma and Arenal, so it's very easy to visit these places. The roof terrace of the hotel makes for an awesome view, though it opens a bit late and closes quite early.

Review 9：We returned to our room after heavy rain and found the shower had regurgitated filthy water, which made our apartment smell unpleasant for the rest of the evening.

Review 13：Breakfast was so-so: cheap salami and juices, sweets were supermarket quality :(. Dinner was OK, but not too innovative and Spanish. My wife is a vegetarian and had not much to choose. Desert was again a bit disappointing. Nowadays, in a hotel at this level, wifi at 5€ per day? Or 2€ per hour?? On the other side, we were on a vacation and not supposed to go online :)

Review 14：Staff and location are 12 out of 10, absolutely top notch. Hotel is realy nice, newly renovated, rooms are cosy and regulary cleaned. We were able to leave our luggage in a safe, locked room for the whole day and take a shower in the evening on our departure day in spite check out at 12

Review 26：The lady at the front desk was extremely rude to me. Firstly, she took my passport & forgot to return it. I asked her if she still had it and she denied having it. After convincing her to please go check, she returned it without an apology. She ran my credit card three times stating that it was declined & then it finally went through. Again, no apology. She gave me my key and did not tell me what room I was in. At the end she said, "You're welcome" in a sarcastic tone before I had the opportunity to say thank you. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this hotel.

Review 28：Cheap drinks in all inclusive even made you have different cheaper coffee!!! The girl actually threw away the 'good' coffee and remade us a lesser one, how crazy!! Although this is marketed as an adults only hotel on our arrival there was a party of young people estimated their age at about 16/17 banging and knocking on doors shouting to each other over balconies was not acceptable to us ended up having to move to another room because of the constant noise. This was a real down side to our stay but because of this we wouldnt choose stay again. Plus you have to wear an armband for all inclusive lovely if you are trying to get a tan!!

Review 32：Being on Platja de Palma meant pleasant evening walks and lots of shopping opportunities close by. The sheer number of people can be a bit overwhelming, and the noise carries on until late in the evening. While not a particularly cosy or pretty beach, Platja de Palma is still good for sunbathing and swimming. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the food was excellent.

Review 37：Well where to start.. the rooms – our room was a standard double with a side sea-view. The balcony was overlooking the wall of another hotel. Thus, we never got any sun! yeah, well you could see a bit of sea if you really lean out of balcony)) But our towels and swim wear (that we hang in the balcony) were always wet. Always. I think these rooms should be cheaper than the rooms on the other side of the hotel, as it is really unfair to pay the same price, and get up every morning looking at the wall, with all our stuff wet!Otherwise the rooms were very generic, beds were narrow and medium uncomfortable. The room was cleaned every day ok, but we always had sand on the floor, even the first night when we had moved in. The towels in the bathroom were also changed every day, but their quality leaved much to be desired really. We couldn’t get a proper night sleep at least once. In the morning it felt like there were some elephants walking in the room above ours, I guess thanks to the laminated floor, and very heavy doors, that everybody in the hotel felt like letting go with a huge bang. All this would start at about 8am, sometimes even earlier.At night we were always out till late, so I cannot say that entertainment noise bothered us much. I guess they had the music till midnight or so, and one could of course hear it in the rooms. I guess it is inevitable.Huge disappointment was breakfast buffet – I think it was the worst ever in my holiday or travel experience. I mean I didn’t expect 4 or 5 start breakfast, but c’mon that was horrible. All we could eat out of that selection was eggs and bacon (that you can order over the bar), water and sometimes piece of artificial cake. The meats, sausages were awful giving heartburn for the rest of the day. The other highlights were the artificial yogurts with gelatine, artificial juice drinks that we couldn’t drink after the first day, powdery scrambled eggs, bad coffee.

Review 38：Close to Palma, bus stop is nearby; close to the airport (the noise of the planes didn’t bother us). Next to the beach. Check-in and checkout is available 24 hrs, and there is luggage room and a shower in case you leave late after checkout. Good location for a short break, or a weekend. For longer stays look for something else.

Review 86：Did not change on bed for 13 days!!!! Did not clean room very good, mostly just made the bed and exchanged the towels. Saw pubic hair in bathroom beside toilet when I checked in, it was still there when I left! Hotel could not cope with the "rush" of people that wanted breakfast when dining room opened. Did not stop people from "stealing" food, resulting in lack of bread, juice and coffe for the ones that ca in a little later! First time EVER I have had to pay extra for using bicycle room for storing my bike!! Will not recommend for bikers!

Review 87：The room was really small and dank. They could clean a bit better, for example the closet and space under the bed had not been cleaned in a very long time. There could be something on the walls (like a painting) because it's not very a cozy atmosphere in the room. The greatest minus for us was the fact that there is no minibar of fridge in the room. There was some construction work going on right under our window. The breakfast had some issues: watery coffee, test your hot chocolate - one can't drink it. Some actual tea, not herbal infusions, would be nice.

Review 88：We liked the staff very much. Their English wasn't perfect so we had some misunderstandings, but they we're always welcoming and smiling and very helpful when we asked something. The location is very near the airport and beach. The roof top was lovely with sunbeds and a jacuzzi! The rooms facing the beach much be very nice, we saw some great balconies with own sunbeds. Decent breakfast - except the hot drinks. Wifi worked ok but it's a bit expensive and when you pay for it, you get to use it only in one device. The bus 15 takes a very long beach road, try number 23 and 25 to get quicker to Palma via motorway.

Review 89：We ordered a wake up call, because we needed to catch our flight and we were unsecure if our mobiles would handle the switch to summer time. The wake up call never came. Rooms are very small and noisy.

The air conditioning was a plus but the loud droning noise from it made sleeping difficult. Lastly wi-fi was very costly compared to the low rate at one of our previous hotels. Review 104：The location, as it overlooked a long clean white sandy beach with clear blue water and all amenities to hand, and views to envy!!! Also the varied food on offer and the refurbishments undertaken in 2013, which made it a small family, adults only, which is appreciated to most clients without children, a modern hotel with helpful, friendly staff. Review 107：Room (2 pax), half-board with balcony was our reservation. Room details: This air-conditioned room features a balcony, satellite plasma TV, a safe and a private bathroom with hairdryer. "No! I am sorry, but we have none," said Ines Blanco from the reception ...we have a room facing the sea, but you have to pay over 60 euros extra for that, we were told! What? Only a room facing the noisy (ventilation), no balcony but maybe tomorrow we can get a room with balcony. A better one, she said! At breakfast you could see waiters cleaning the floor while you were eating...not the best experience I am afraid! Never again!

Review 114：The personnel is not too caring. When we checked in, we were given a double room instead of a twin, which was requested. Receptionist then 10 minutes later came to the room to see if we prefer a twin... One day we found a bug on the wall and requested to speak with Manager, and receptionist told us she is very busy without even checking with her. That clearly shows that they are not customer-orientated. On the check-out day, we got a call from reception 15mins prior check-out time asking to leave. I left a comment note at the reception with a request of respond from manager, but never got it.

It was clean and the staff were freindly. The food was good - a fresh buffet in the evening and a good choice on offer.

Would be good to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Also you couldn't turn the TV off once turned on unless you got a remote from the reception at a 15 euro deposit.

Review 130：80 % of rooms have no view to the sea. The room was dirty and ugly,there was long black hair on my pillow .The stuff was not very kind,especialy the boss. If you want to use the tv in the room you have to pay 3 eu per day or there is only 1 channel on german language. The food was the cheapest one,especialy the salami and yellow cheese too.

Review 136：The shower in our room was very annoying, had a curtain which let allthe water pass through and accumulate on the floor, so we had to put allour towels on the floor each time we took a shower - luckily thecleaning ladies changed the towels every day. They also had a problemwith the boiler in the hotel so there was no hot water at all in thehotel during 2 days. Using internet at the 2 computers in the hotellobby was very expensive and not working well.

Review 137：Hotel located in front of the beach and very close to the airport (onlya few minutes away by bus no 21 - ticket costs 2,50 Euros) but wecouldn't hear at all the noise of the airplanes; it is also very easy toget to Palma by bys no 25 and 15 (ticket costs 1,50 Euros) as the busstation is only 2 blocks away, near hotel Java. We took all inclusivefor almost 1 week, the food was ok, and we had free drinks till 11pm,which we could take also on the beach. Our room had a lateral view onthe sea but we could also admire the nice swimming pools of the hotelsaround. The area around is very animated, plenty of terraces and littleshops, very nice to walk along the beach. One evening the hotel offereda nice live concert so people danced and had good fun.
