Review 1：I felt that the staff was RUDE!
Review 2：The ambiance of the property is very nice. Beautiful lines, contemporary. The rooms are nice, but ordinary. It was definitely not worth what we paid for the room.

Review 15：The hotel is a fair distance from the town centre in a residential area and getting something to eat involved a lengthy walk. Had it not been for the heat, this wouldn't have been a problem, since it's a nice walk along the Mosel. (We didn't eat in the restaurant because there seemed to only be a "dish of the day".) The staff were a bit remote. Compared to other hotels, it was not good value for money.
Review 16：The room itself was spacious, very clean and superbly decorated and furnished. The view from the room over the Mosel and to the hills opposite was breathtaking. The breakfasts were excellent.
Review 17：We paid 130 euros/night and that was not good value for money. BuffetBreakfast was poor quality including croissants and cakes from Aldi'splastic pack. You could hear everything from the next door. Price shouldbe near 80 euros/night
