Review 1：All drinks, day and evening, were served in plastic glasses. No hairdryer in the room. Poor quality drinks. Some drinks ran out as the hotel was going to be closing.

Review 2：Location, overlooking the sea and near bars, restaurants and a beach.

Review 3：The pad wifi was very very poor. I think if you get the right room, it would be ok, but we were in the 500's in the top corner and we had 1 dodgy bar of signal. It was not great in the rooms, but near the clubhouse, the pool etc it was fine. Just depends I think. It was only 9Euro for 4 days so didn't feel too bad about it. If you are lucky you can get the hotels free wifi from the rooms directly below reception ;-)

Review 4：Our 4th Time at this hotel - Loved absolutely everything as ever, good aircon, nice beds, good selection of food, great selection of drinks in decent measures, fabulous staff - including going above and beyond when I booked the wrong flight out and we would have been sleeping on the beach! They provided us with a small room to get our heads down for a few hours. Just super. Already booked again for next year!

Review 7：Shabby rooms, poor quality towels, bed only made and sheets changed once in 8 days. Food awful, tasteless, greasy, cheap, all drinks were from vending machines, no fresh orange juice or coffee. Pool so shallow you couldn't get to swim in it.

Review 11：Слабенький, хоть и платный wi-fi (15 евро в неделю, плохо ловит в помещениях, онлайн видео не посмотришь); шоу до 23:00 и позднее (иногда бывает шумновато, если рано ложиться спать); бассейн может показаться небольшим (особенно в пиковое время); до пляжа в бухте идти 450 метров (лежаки и зонтики платные), отсутствие отдельных пляжных полотенец (брали с собой).

Review 26：absolutely everything - food, entertainment (so much effort from Sergei & co.), the guests were even nice… (lots of them were repeat customers as we will be!) and it had a vibe that felt relaxed and fun and made us feel that our week away had been a month away. Totally awesome place to stay.

Review 27：cleaning of the rooms at highly low level.cleaned 5 days a week, but this is done by improving the beds and replaced the towels.They do not touch the table, floor or the bath at all.

Review 30：Really perfect budget hotel for families with children (if you do not like children’s fellowship or want quite/romantic vacation, better to choose other place, or just not use pool area). Wide selection of delicious and good quality food (we can’t stop eating, but stomach was just happy for that without any consequences ;) There is cooking hob and fridge in room, so you can easily prepare food even for infants (you should bring cookware by yourself). Wide choice of alcoholic, non-alcoholic beverages at Bars (all inclusive). Really good value for price.

Review 31：There were only 3 things that I would improve:1.- The price for the Wi-Fi, 15€ a week! I thought it was a bit too much, and it's only for your room, not for the whole place. 2.- I would appreciate a PLEASE DO NOT DISTURB sign for the door, as the cleaning staff comes at whatever time suits them best and they just knock and enter the room, not much privacy! 3.- There are like, 5 TV channels in total! 2 in Spanish, 1 in English and 2 in German (or something like that). That's a bit poor :(

Review 32：My husband and I stayed here for 10 days. Big surprise when we foundthat the hotel had spectacular sea views from most of its areas.Our apartment was super clean, staff was very nice and the hotel while small, was quite charming. There are 3 ponds with 2 turtles and some VERY noisy frogs :) It's not like a super resort all-inclusive plan, there are some extras that you have to pay for like a TV remote control, Wi-Fi, etc. But overall everything was great. Food was better that expected, something for everyone. Drinks were good too, not the best alcohol brands but staff was willing to prepare anything that was requested (from bloody Mary to Blue Hawaian..). The hotel is near a small shopping area filled with bars, games rooms and restaurants with karaoke; it was great at night!. The hotel is full of families with children, which was something me and my husband were worried about, but it turned to be quieter than expected and children didn't bother at all. Overall, we really enjoyed the experience and will definitely come back again next year, we really enjoyed our holiday and the value for money is great!.

Review 33：furniture in some rooms is "prehistoric", the receptionist tried to put us in the room in front of the pool (to noisy) and second time in the room from No. 601 to 605 which are old, cold and the locks are terrible. Very burglar freindly :) Cable TV is NOT cable TV and the TV in 30 cm old box with no real programs.
