Review 1：Scrambled egg and bacon at breakfast was cold. Hair dryer didn't work.
Review 2：The location. Perfect to city centre and Christmas Markets. Room nice and big.
Review 3：The blanket was way too short. There was no extra blanket in the closet, so I had to wear my socks during the night. Internet was nominally provided but it did not work a single second, so totally useless. I had to use my own mobile internet.

Review 13：The Hotel Überwasserhof is located on the edge of the old town in Münster. The staff were friendly and accommodating, the room was a decent size, the breakfast buffet was more than adequate, the location was quiet and there are numerous restaurants in the vicinity.

Review 35：Great location for business very hospitable staff. Hotel is very clean and the room sizes generous. Comfort is good, breakfast was continental with plenty of choice. I enjoyed my stay and my request for parking on my email was taken note of and reserved. Close by there are a number of good eating places and the ambiance of the area is very inviting.

I asked for parkingwhen we arrived, but out of 5 nights we only managed to park 2 nights,and I was blamed by the hotel all day long and to all other guest that Iparked illegal. Had to find parking at other spot far away for thehotel. At breakfast when I asked for green tea, two times I got cofeeinstead and one time normal black tea, this was not because ofmisunderstanding because the waitress repeated my wish first beforegoing into the citchen and bringing out the wrong order. Internet wasflakey at best when it worked and two days it did not work at all.

They have option for green teaat breakfast. Cleaning lady was very nice and polite! Hotel location isperfect and Münster is a very nice place and enjoyed the location!
