Review 1：Missing an elevator. Too many stairs for carrying the luggage.

Review 2：People who work at the hotel are very nice, and the breakfast is good. The location is excellent.

Review 3：Personal did not speak English very well. Hotel did not have any parking place even garage, so parking in the center was too expensive

Review 15：Room was in an annex behind the main hotel. I had ground floor room, however passage outside room was used as smoking area and noisy. No internet in room, despite saying available on booking site. I was only able to pay in cash due to 'telecom' problem in town. Same reason given for no internet access in room. However they were happy for me to do internet check-in at reception. So if they had access???

Review 27：If I was to be picky Breakfast seemed a bit chaotic at times with tables not being cleared for the next guests very quickly but this would not put me off staying here again. I agree with previous comments that the wifi was a bit erratic in the rooms but worked perfectly in the breakfast room. There was a computer available for guests use if you can't bear to be without the internet!

Review 28：The location of the hotel is in a pretty pedestrian area. The staff were all very helpful and spoke English effortlessly. We had a basic room in the annex part of the building with a large bathroom. Would stay here again in coming back to Ravenburg. No where in Ravensburg will escape the Church bells which mark the passing of time every 15mins 24hrs a day so would recommend earplugs if you are a light sleeper and the windows are open.

We were upgraded to a suite asour room wasn't quite ready as we arrived at a busy time. One ofthe nicest small hotels that I have ever stayed in with excellentbreakfast included.

Review 31：The lack of air conditioning was no problem with outside temperatures at25 degrees max. And cooler evenings. It could become uncomfortable if itgets hotter outside. The internet access is easy and free at the hotel;it needs a special access though for the "apartments" (only one freepass available).

Review 32：Very nice hotel, kind and professional staff. Excellent quality/priceratio with the discount we received. We chose a superior room for asmall supplement and received a small suite. The same was true for asingle travelling with us who received the same kind of room. Thesequiet "apartments" are situated in an adjacent building, reachable fromthe hotel without stepping outside. The restaurant is excellent, thebest in town, although Albert Bouley (18 points Gault Millau) is nolonger the chef in charge. Parking space is available at the hotel fora few cars.

Review 33：It is located near spot of DB station Ravensburg than I imaged. And can find a many restaurants around this hotel. What's more, night time ware calm during four days stay.

It was clean; the staff were excellent and spoke English well; the food was delicious and plentiful; the location was close to the event we were attending; and the price, although not cheap, was fair. It would have been nice to have had a private car park but the multi-storey car park below the pedestrian area was reasonably convenient.

Review 40：The room we had was in front and very noisy in the late evening as the bars closed. Also a bit small. The old part of the hotel has no elevators which was very inconvenient. I ended up carrying heavy cases up and down the stairs which are steep and had small steps. Make sure your room is in the new section so it will be quiet and accessible. The poor rooms are less expensive but there is a good reason.
