Review 1：I didn't like the fact that you had to pay for drinking water which is what you get easily from the taps in the UK. It would have been nice if the hotel had free water stations for people to get drinking water.
Review 2：The location of the hotel was close to three beach which was very good. The hotel staff were nice and friendly, our room was large, modern and very clean. We had our breakfast and dinner at the hotel and it was buffet. There was a lot of variety and the food always tasted nice.
Review 3：A little isolated and not in C'an Picafort as expected but in Son Baulo. Therefore not close to much in the way of bars and restaurants.

Review 11：The fact that no transfer is available to guests who don't have transfer with their deal. Had to take a taxi to and from aiport at a cost of 72 euros each way which adds a big chunk to the price of hotel stay etc. Reception only had taxi number to offer, no other companies that could be cheaper. Reception staff need to be more bilingual (English) v ery difficult to communicate with some of the staff that were on duty.
Review 12：Was comfortable stay, staff all very pleasant. Food was good. Room wasn't always cleaned properly. On the Friday bath wasn't even cleaned, was exactly as I left it.
Review 13：Very old fashion rooms. Air-condition in the rooms is very poor. Hotel staff unfriendly, especially the lady at the reception and the old bar tender in the bar at the swimming pool. There is a great variety of food (buffet), but everything is tasting the same. Entertainment bad. Furthermore you have to pay for everything extra like Wifi, safe etc. The hotel is a 4 star hotel, however 3 star hotel is more suitable.
