Review 1：Very cheap for a 4* Hotel Free upgrade to a Suite on arrival They even made a sandwich for me as I arrived after the Restaurant had closed that night. Really great choice of food for the breackfast buffet and it was included in the price. Very friendly and helpfull staff. Gorgeous decor throught the Hotel and room. Very close to the Airport. I only stayed one night as it was to late at night for my onward journey home.

Review 2：On booking.com it stated that airport transport was provided. It wasn't!! When I asked the lady on the desk she was rude & said we have never had airport transfers & its booking.coms issue!! This was my main reason for booking this hotel. Also we had breakfast included & due to leaving at 4am I asked if we could have the evening meal instead, or at least have the evening meal at a reduced rate. I got a no in a unpolite manner!!

Review 3：The rooms are not clean and rooms and bathrooms are dated. Sheets and blankets are not done anymore.

Review 14：All members of staff at this hotel were superb. The location of the hotel on the water front is stunning with views across the bay to Palma Cathedral. The quality and variety of food in the restaurant was excellent, with delightful presentation, making everything all the more tempting!

Review 15：The airport is close by and although I didn´t find it disturbing myself, the aircraft do take off less than a kilometer from the hotel so the sound of jet engines is very frequent.

Review 27：The bed was not very comfortable, and the room was very dark. Noises from the hallway and doors banging was heard very loudly in the room. The wifi didn't work at all (I tried on several devices). The buffet (both dinner and breakfast) was very mediocre and tasteless. Definitely not a place to eat if you would like other things than basic British (!) food. Due to the proximity to the airport there is quite a bit of airplane noise. Didn't really feel that I got my moneys worth at this hotel.

Review 68：Cant sit up in beds against the wall. the legs of the bed were so slippery that the bed would move every time you sat against the wall on the bed. It got annoying after a while. WiFi is best on floors 4 and 5. They should work on improving it on the ground and first floor.

Review 72：The front desk staff were not too freindly and my original request for a room overlooking Palma Bay had not been actioned, instead we had a room overlooking the opposite side. The beds are not very comfortable and not suitable for couples with all rooms offered being twins. Check in time on the booking confirmation showed 12.00 but on arrival at the hotel we were told the room wouldnt be ready until between 1pm-2pm, not helpful when you have no where else to go for two hours!

Review 78：It's location is terrible. Very expensive hotel but it's in a suburb of Palma. 30 min bus ride. And there is nothing around the hotel. Plus it is situated along the airport flight paths. I didn't think it would bother me but they were pretty constant. The walls in the rooms are paper thin. The fixtures are all old and the bed was not good but they did bring me a nice feather pillow though. Don't spend your money out here.

Review 79：The pool and bar area. Nice that you are on the front row and can see the Mediterranean but there's a road in between a dn there's no beach. Still a nice view though.

Review 80：Was part of group of friends, 4 x standard twin rooms booked, 2 on third floor which had lovely views of sea and Palma, 1 was on first floor looking into other building windows, our room 226 was dreadful, dark, tiny, smaller than the others, terrible wardrobe, no shelves, had to pay to upgrade to get a room similar to friends standard rooms, reception said it was the luck of the draw! Really was not good enough, spoilt this otherwise lovely hotel.

Review 81：Great staff, good pool area with comfortable sun beds, 5 mins walk to bars/restaurants, good breakfast, easy cab ride to Palma. Prices in hotel bar very reasonable, nice hotel.

Review 82：There is aircraft noise due to close distance to the airport (no flights from midnight to 7AM, so it's not a problem during a night), and you will used to it very fast ;-) There was something wrong with a bed, it was sliding. The guests were mainly German. Expensive if you want to rent a car through hotel stuff.

Review 83：Very nice view to the bay, close to the airport but by the sea (take bus np.21 from airport and get out on H.Linda bus stop, ~ 10min walk to the hotel). Quiet area, to get to the Playa the palma around 15-20mins walk along the sea. To get to the Palma de Mallorca city center you can take a bus no. 15, quite often. Storage facilities for bikes (5e/day) and for luggage. Great location if you like to ride a bike, great bike road starting from El Arenal and ending in Palma Port. Buffet breakfast quite good. Good and fast WiFi connection. Easy to find a place near hotel area to park a car.

Review 86：There was a mix up about our booking for both nights - the first night they were only expecting one person and the second they did not have our booking at all (though later found it). Review 97：The convenience of the location near the airport is also its problem. There is aircraft noise which is quite intrusive at first but you soon get used to it and it is not as bad when the planes are landing from the sea towards the land. There are no flights from about midnight until about 7 am.

Review 98：The hotel is modern and well managed. The food is very good for this type of hotel, buffet meals with a varied selection of dishes. The guests were mainly German on package tours but this was not a problem as all the staff, who were without exception polite and friendly, spoke English. The hotel is adults only so mainly the guests were either young couples or single/groups or more mature couples. The hotel is conveniently situated for the airport, only 5 minutes on the bus (No 21) also good for getting into Palma, the number 15 bus stopping a few hundred yards from the hotel. All things considered we thought it was good value for money.
