Review 1：I didn't like having to pay extra for wifi and the safe key... Would have much prefered it been included in the room price, even if the room cost a little more. I think a week is just enough to see what's there to see. Not much I didn't like ;)
Review 2：Just returned 26/10/15 ....From arriving at the hotel, was so clean..the staff welcoming and helpful and the location amazing...Sat on the balcony looking out over the sea ..The small shopping center about 200m away, beach 100m away. Food was buffet, something for everyone, very good. The pizzeria was a blessing as it was open to midnight...All in all, very good hotel and well worth the money.
Review 3：Pool areas quite small and busy. Not very baby /pushchair friendly... Lots of steps to get to outside spaces. Have to walk around to back of hotel to get to pool or else navigate lots of steps. Baby pool is very small and stuck behind the stage. Just not very inviting!
Review 4：Staff were lovely and helpful, especially reception staff. Very good location very close to beach and bars and restaurants. Nice bars in hotel and good decor. All inclusive food was good.
Review 5：- Uncomfortable bed - Wi-fi is very slow and very instable and costs 6€ per 24h - Food was just average and a lot of dishes tasted the same - 2 Sun beds + umbrella at the beach cost 12,5€ per day
Review 6：- Beautiful location with stunning surroundings and crystal clear sea - Lovely, efficient and very professional staff (all round) - Very clean and newly renovated, spacious rooms with beautiful balconies (all rooms with the sea view) And a good overall quality of all of the facilities. - It is a very good hotel for the price and I would most definitely recommend it
Review 7：- Staff was sometimes unfriendly/ No Welcoming/ unprofessional - We had to prepare our table often by ourselves as waiter didn't really do anything apart from Removing empty plates - Cocktails were just some pre mixed fruit juices, no good cocktails, bit dissapointing - Food/Dessert repetitive - Free Wifi 30min/day (extremely slow)

Review 9：The barbaque was the only complaint we made she was using the same tongs for raw and cooked meat and also the same plate I reported this and it was delt with straight away. Also 30 euro plus 10 euro deposits for the safe is extreamly expensive x

Review 15：There was nothing really that I did not like about the hotel. You get an excellent four star experience. It isn't a five star because there is no gym or sauna etc. Our room was a five star standard however. Food is great for an all inclusive, but not restaurant quality.
Review 16：Even so Resorthoppa got us here within 90 minutes. The town is quite small with a few pubs clubs and restaurants. It is not a party town. The hotel is located on a peninsula at the end of the town. I think all rooms have a sea view as a result. The beach is located some 50metres from the hotel and it is fantastic.Rooms:The room we stayed in was very modern (seemed to be refurbished in the last year) and was very quiet. I was positively surprised at the quality of the room. Flat screen TV, great aircon, balcony with sea view. Cleaned well everyday. The room we had could have been 5 star.FoodAn absolute abundance of choice for guests. The food was always hot and there was always something to eat within the choices available. Several different types of meats, veggie dishes, fish etc. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality for an all inclusive hotel. There was no queueing or waiting for tables. Self-service Wine and Beer always available for dinner. The salad options were great, particularly the ensaladilla. The food is not restaurant quality but very good for a hotel.EntertainmentThe shows that were put on by outside entertainers were very entertaining, with one show every other night when were there. The hotel must invest heavily in bringing in acts of that quality. The hotel employed entertainment was alright. They tried their best. Three of them were good, with the remaining one quite focused on getting the attention of underage girls round the pool. The hotel entertainment staff are brilliant at entertaining children, constantly entertaining them from early in the morning until 10pm or later.DrinksAlways available, very little queueing at the height of the summer season. Quality of the spirits was very good. Same as in the local bars. If you wanted to pay for premium brands the prices are cheap also. The terrace & bar at the front of the hotel is really nice.Pool2 large pools, with more than enough space for everyone.
Review 17：Sun loungers were reserved when it was stated that they should not be. Room was facing entertainment so was noisy at night which was not ideal when staying with young children.
Review 18：Beautiful location and lovely views from our room. Food was good and varied. Hotel was kept clean and tidy.
Review 19：The 2 two pools were quite ok but quite small. The cleaners missed cleaning for one day for a reason unknown. The evening programme was a little bit too load and the animation team had a little bit "too much on the agenda". People do not necessarily have to have that much programme all the time.

Review 28：This was our 3rd visit within a year. It is excellent for our 2 boys who love the entertainment. The food is good and the inclusive drinks. The entertainment team are always very friendly and it is geared towards English mainly rather than German. Staff are lovely.
