Review 1：the room service didn't come to the extension

Review 2：the rooms are very cosy and have a special athmosphere. different to all the typical hotel chains. very close to a very good bavarian restaurant "Kreuzeder". Also close to the city center and a shopping area

Review 3：The room was hot (no air conditioning) and it was not properly cleaned, especially the floor was very dirty both in the room and bathroom. The wifi was lousy.

Review 5：We stayed at the hotel annex. It costs 10 eoros a night less as compared to the main hotel. Impression given is that it is still a 3/4stars. It certainly is not. It is less than a service apartment. The rooms in the annex are located on one floor of a commercial building which houses a car showroom, a hairdressing saloon and some medical offices. It is about 100m away from the main hotel on a not well lit street. Zero hotel service is provided at the annex and security is dismal. I certainly will not recommend this to anyone travelling on leisure especially those with a family.

Review 6：When I arrived at night I was hoping to sit in the bar or restaurant for the evening. But everything was already closed. So there is not much night life available.

Review 7：Close to the airport and therme Erding. The rooms all have some theme. Mine was in the style of Sante Fe. Very large rooms, great beds, tasty breakfasts with good selections of food. We had a conference at the hotel and the facilities for that were silent and large enough.

Review 10：My boyfriend and I were beyond pleased with our stay! The room was clean and beautifully decorated. The staff was friendly, polite and accommodating! We spent the day at Therma Erding and the night at Hotel Henry. We left Erding in the afternoon to check into the hotel and the receptionist even offered us a ride back to the Therme so we would not need to drive back. We even received a small gift when we left! We would definitely stay at this hotel again!

Review 11：Considered room layout in junior suite on top floor could have been better thought out. I found it tricky to find when walking from Erding railway station, Suggest get directions from hotel first if doing this.

Review 15：It was a good spacious room, very clean and comfortable .. good location 5 mins walk from the center! We had dinner in the resteraunt one night and it was excellent, one breakfast .. not so great, but we were late! We will be visiting Erding again and we will stay here again when we do.

Review 16：The ceiling in the room on the 3 floor is inclined (because it's actually the roof of the building) so it's easy to strike the head against it.

Review 18：Strangely the large amount of wood in the room had a strange smell that can't go without mention. The location is further from the airport than the impression given. It will cost about 40 Euro from the airport and it about a 10 minute walk to the train station. The train ride is approximately 50 minutes to the central station.

Review 19：The room was clean and well equipped for the price. I would certainly stay here again. The staff were friendly and eager to assist and the breakfast for around 13 Euro was amazing! The town is nice and has a few attractions to offer.

Review 24：All the staff were friendly & helpful. The room was exactly what I had hoped for - bright, airy with a sunny balcony and a lovely atmosphere. I slept really well - the bed was so comfy. Great locatiion on the edge of the town centre and a short bicycle ride to Therme Erding (hotel does slightly discounted tickets). Faultless. I didn't have time to try the restaurant unfortunately. Highly recommended.

Review 58：We were staying a couple of days in Erding after a skiing trip to Austria. Nice, pleasant place close to Munich Airport. Therme Erding is within walking distance (~2km) and it is well worth of a visit. Erding has also nice restaurants and cool playground for kids (city park).

Review 59：The room itself was located in the annex building which is not part of the regular hotel. At night the entrance is not lit until you get close to the door.

Review 60：The Hotel staff accomodated my request for early check in. Staff was very friendly and anticipated my needs. The room itself was cozy and had a unique design concept. It was almost but not quite like a bed and breakfast. Finally the price was very reasonable.

Review 63：Our room was a boutique style room, well appointed and well decorated. The room as well as the hotel in general was spotless. The staff were amazing from front desk to the restaurant. The dinners that we enjoyed at the Hotel Henry restaurant were some of the finest and most beautifully presented meals that we have had anywhere. We are still talking about our great experience at Hotel Henry and will definitely return.

Review 64：Such problems should not arise at all. Guests shoud be given two keys. The door to reception should be opened at night. There shoud be clear instruction at the reception for emergency contact ( electrical bell ). Elder people not being able to get to their room and not being able to get to the reception (with nobody there) can get heart attack. It is not a joke.

Review 67：We decided to book this hotel for a couple of nights because of the highcost of hotels in Munich during October fest. It turned out to be agreat find! We took the s Bahn into Munich to sightsee. We also spent ahalf day in the thermal baths which are near by.

Review 77：We were offered the biggest room in the hotel in the main building with the balcony and two small windows instead of the booked one which as it appeared was in the building on the opposite side of the street. Plenty of space luxurious lamp, natural wooden floor, nice carpets, good noise insulation, splendid view to the town chapel. Excellent restaurant in the hotel, rich breakfast and tasty local beer Erdinger weissbier - altogether a relaxing atmosphere for family weekend near the therme Erding (just 20 minutes walk).

Review 78：We had breakfast the first morning, we sat down and found that a lot ofthe food from the buffet had been picked over. The boiled eggs were rawinside and could not eat them. We mentioned it to our server and sheapologized, it was fine she agreed with us so we think they knew theywere not fully cooked. We were disappointed with the breakfast thatmorning. We stayed at this hotel another time and had the breakfast eachmorning and it was wonderful. Just not on this trip. We only had the oneday for breakfast

The front desk staffwere very friendly, helpful and could speak English The restaurant staffwere kind enough to give us ice for cocktails in our room which weappreciatated. Sitting on the terrace overlooking the garden waswonderful. The staff at the front desk even drove me to the Therme spain the morning. Review 80：The room was very nice and clean with nice garden view for the city. At first we were offered a different room that we didn't like and was immediately upgraded to the better room with no extra charge. The hotel was a short taxi ride (8-9 euros) to the Therme Erding.

The balconly was small butcozy. The location of the hotel was excellent for our visit to theErding Therme which was just a minute or two away. Breakfast waswonderful! There was a large selection of very good items both warm andcold. The atmosphere of the restaurant was great and all the staff weencountered were helpful and friendly.
