Review 1：The place was spotless inside and out. The receptionist was extremely helpful and the cleaners and pool guy always happy and friendly!! We got exactly what was pictured on the website and more. A kitchen with everything in, our own pool, roof terrace, sun beds etc.
Review 2：Cleaning only every third day not good enough for 5* pilling with rubbish Bed linen cheap and bed spread smell. Down stairs bedrooms were dumped and found few coackroaches around house.

Review 11：Loved the size of the villa, it had everything we needed and more!!! Perfect size for our family of 8 plus we hav a young baby!!!! Staff were so helpful and villa was thoroughly cleaned every 2nd day, pool was area was also perfect size snd clean, would love to come back!!!!! We had a leak in the sink and a power cut which was fixed within minutes of informing Laura at the desk, so I can't even add that as a negative!!!

Very private and all the facilities that we needed for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. Previous reviews have complained that the villa was in a rural setting and needed a car but we didn't have any issues with the location what so ever.
Review 18：hard to explain but the villa is designed almost around an atrium which is open air as in it has no roof, this made me slightly uneasy from a security aspect also the weather while we were there was unseasonably cold suffice to say we had to ask for a heater anyone planning a stay here should factor the design into there plans
Review 19：The kitchens are well equipped furniture and beds were comfortable. The villas are very spacious, as is the terrace, they are set almost at the top of a hill and the location is very quiet Laura who looks after things is so nice and extremely helpful if you need anything.

The area was decent, up the hill away from most tourists - but was a nearly-finished housing estate project that seemed to have run out of money - cracked pavements, holes in the road, some wonky lamp posts, villas next door not yet finished

Review 49：Open air stairway felt insecure and was very cold, especially at night. We initially thought we had shared accomodation! The separate levels were useless to us, as our young children would not have enjoyed being put on a completely different floor and we could not have heard them during hte night thanks to all the closed doors between the open air stairwell. Also did not like the disappointment the children felt when they realised the pool was basically useless because it was unheated and therefore freezing cold. Recommend rental car as everything is too far to walk and up a very steep hill!
Review 50：Spacious villa with a modern clean and practical kitchen. Good facilities in terms of furniture, cupboard space, dining table etc. Very clean and well presented with stunning views. Helpful staff, great and flexible with our needs, thouragh cleaner / pool maintenance (not that we needed it!), good local facilities, shops etc, lovely local town with nice saturday market.
Review 51：wifi dropped out constantly - would always come back but meant many interruptions wall between the bedrooms is thin there is no heat for either the house or the pool which meant we were very chilly a couple of nights (in December) and we couldn't use the pool at all overall it was great for us but it did have all the above "quirks!"

Review 53：The villa was ideal for a relaxing week away in the winter sunshine! The location is a little out of Caleta but we enjoyed the walk into town (approx 15 mins) and had also hired a car which meant we could get out and about, and to the supermarket which was a 5 min drive away. The villa had everything you could possibly think of and they gave us a BBQ when we asked for one which meant we spent most evenings in enjoying the peace and quiet with lovely fresh fish and meat from the supermarket. Would definitely stay again!
Review 54：2 bedrooms smelled of bug spray the entire stay. Had to buy our own dishsoap. Beds were not very comfortable. Ran out of hot water after only afew people showered. A rental car is a must as it's a long walk tothe bus stop or shops.
