Review 1：Dining room staff were not very helpful completely ignored us on our arrival did not show us to a table or explain the proceeder at meal times and were very rude

Review 11：José an older man in the restaurant had a very bad attitude and very poor English and was the only person in the Hotel that had a negative effect on my allover experiance of the Hotel.
Review 12：Would like to give a special credit to INMA in the reception for being very serviceminded and understanding the customers needs. Please make sure she personally receives the credit. It is all about the staff!

Review 17：Very tired carpets in hallways need changed badly. Beds in rooms were not 4 star nor was the linen all clean but not high quality. I booked this for 4 star quality which I did not get in the rooms ,very basic.

Review 31：The list of things I like are as follows. The staff are really welcoming and helpful. The food choice and quality is excellent. The location cannot be beaten with the beach only across the little road. The rooms are kept nice and clean. To sum it up, I will stay here again.
Review 32：Staff mosly doesn't speak english, but they speak german very well If you want sun bed, you need to be fast in morning, because sun beds are 'reserved' with towels very fast There is only two seperate beds (no queen/king sized) and they easely slide apart Hotel doesn't have e-mail, if you want something, only possible way is to call them there is bar at pool side, but the bartender girl is mosly away, hotel is more like 3* insted of 4* internet conection always crouded and extremly slow

Hotel is where beach starts, so beach water is clean. all-incluse starts at 10:15 till 23:00 it includes about 5 diferent coctails (alkoholic), stong alkochol + soft drinks, softdrinks, (daiquri ir the best) view from see-view room is great pool opens at 11:00- 20:00 about food, we ate good, every time there was something tasty to find, but i guess it wasn't excellent there was also animators

Review 43：We requested a room with sea view, but our balcony looked at the house across the street...wifi is poor, guests are reporting this for a while but seems hotel does not really care about improvement...we ordered half board, but the dinner was terrible, poor quality cheap food, do not recommend at all.

Review 46：This was our fourth stay in this Hotel. The hotel is in an excellent position- just across from the beach. Sea view rooms worth extra cost with superb views over Palma bay. All in all this is a good hotel with excellent and very friendly staff. The Restaurant staff especially, is so hard working, yet constantly attentive and courteous to the guests. I cannot understand anyone who complains about the food as we found it good and always a wide variety of choice. Chef on duty in Restaurant cooking fresh food. Will definitely return to this hotel the next time that we visit Can Pastilla. Thanks again for another great stay.

Review 48：Excellent location, very friendly staff who were extremely accommodating from reception through to Bar and restaurant staff. Rooms was very comfortable and we had a beautiful view from our front facing balcony on the top floor looking out over the road onto the sea front. The all inclusive option was definitely a good decision and highly recommended. We will for sure be returning to Las Arenas in the future.
Review 49：The building is old and the air conditioner noisy. The elevators are too small to take a bike up to the room. We had a lot of street noise during the night so sleeping was difficult unless one is accustomed to ear plugs.

On arrival we were thrilled with the seafront hotel, the staff and a fabulous room overlooking Can Pastilla harbour and the Playa de Palma beach strip. All inclusive was our daughter in laws suggestion and we soon found the benefits of this. We thoroughly enjoys ourselves

Review 61：Did not like it so much initially, but the hotel grows on you. Got a room with a fantastic sea-view. The rooms and furniture somewhat old, but more than adequate. Good match with the general feel of Can-Pastilla. The pretty, Dutch lady at the reception (Danya) is extremely professional and gives good service. If you want something solved, talk to her. After a couple of days, the place feels very much like home. Great value for money. Will return.

Review 71：The one big negative for me was there was no tea and coffee making facilities in the room - obviously you could obtain tea and coffee from the All Inclusive but I would prefer a drink before leaving the room while getting ready. There was a fridge in the room though. Not a big niggle but would improve it for me.
