Review 2：Excellent location right next to the beach. Very friendly and supportive staff, especially Victor at the Bar was very good. Clean and well maintained. Very near the shopping areas and family friendly.

Review 5：The place is well maintained. The small number of rooms means that there's no need to fight for sun chairs and breakfast tables. Staff are nice and friendly.

Review 8：Just got home from a very enjoyable 10 night stay. Rooms were clean and spacious and all have a view over the Bay of Alcudia. Descent size pool which wasn't busy (no need to get up early for a sun lounger). A two minute walk takes you to the gorgeous beach and approx 5 mins to the resort centre. We will be returning next year.

Review 9：I didn't like the food of the hotel very much (the beach restaurant nor the main restaurant dinner)

Review 10：The staff are friendly and the location is perfect. It is right in front of a sandy beach. The reception were able to help us arrange a couple of nice trips around Mallorca. We were a very big family (10 members) and everyone in the hotel was very accommodating for the big number.

Review 17：The hotel booked us into an apartment about 500m away in the residential area because we were only staying two nights. We choose this hotel because of the high ratings, location and holiday atmosphere. After complaining we got a few freebies and discount but that didn't change the fact that we didn't get what we booked. We were not informed beforehand and not given an option to cancel free of charge.

Review 19：The food!! We got the half board. The breakfast was ok, but the dinner was not good!! I even found a huge piece of paper in the curry chicken. When I told one of the guys that worked there, he only removed the paper but did not replace the chicken.

Size of apartments - more than adequate for a couple Views from the balcony; you cannot really beat siting on your balcony overlooking the sea of an evening. The pool; more than enough loungers for those wanting to use them The lot! We had a fantastic relaxing holiday.

Review 24：We were very deceived and negatively surprised by the fact that, when we arrived in the first day (with a child) there wasn't any apartment available for us, even though we had booked it! We were sent (by foot) to another hotel and we had to come back the next day and wait until midday before entering our apartment. After negotiations, the hotel accepted that we pay only half of the price for that day. This was kind of them. However, it was really unpleasant for us and not very professional of them to "welcome" us in such a way. Next time, we will call the day before in order to check if the room is really available. Another negative point is that nearly no one could speak English in the restaurant and bar. Better learn German if you plan to stay in Maillorca.

Review 25：Close to the sea, big apartments with balcony, sea view, swimming pool, apartments were clean even though cleaning was often done quite late (beginning of the afternoon)

Review 27：We loved our stay here. So very close to the beach which is beautiful, clear and warm. You are 2 minutes walk from where the footpath the follows along the length of the beach starts. This means that the beach near the apartment isn't right up against all the hotels/walkways and is much more pleasant with it's own little bar/cafe on the beach. Kitchen fully equipped for cooking with double burner. Whole apartment, building and pool unbelievably clean, we were very impressed. Lovely balcony with table and chairs and clothes line to hang your bathers!

Review 62：Ac seemed to be set rather too low to be totally effective at that timeof year. Charge for beach towels was a bit of a surprise as this serviceis usually free in a 4 star hotel. Charged also for security box.

Review 63：Location is first class adjacent to the beach and dunes. Easy levelaccess to town centre. The pool was quiet ( stayed mid July 2012) withno need to be up at dawn to reserve a sunbed! Room 110 was lovely with aside view on to beach towards Alcudia and forward view to the mountains.

Review 64：Definitely I struggled with my pillow. too uncomfortable. Till I found out you can get a thinner one on demand. Didn't like the coffee quality at all. Even at the bar. It gave me headaches. Had to buy better one at the Corte Ingles (Avenidas), where one can find foreign quality products (Gourmet Club). Many tourists don't know but it is very useful. On 2nd floor. Found Belgian and French yoghurt at the supermarket for the same price than the poor quality products (Eroski). Avoid spanish coffee unless bars offer the usual italian one.

Review 65：I needed a quiet place near the sea before moving abroad. Read the reviews and booked because it offered all I wished : a quiet relaxed place near the sea, clean and with internet connection which was indispensable. My emails were promptly answered by Maria, the manager. Always ready to help any customer for any query. All the staff is excellent, especially Magdalena who is always in a good mood and very helpful. All staff enjoy their job. Tv got CNN. That is a relief. Although I speak Spanish, I need to listen to English. The hotel is really relaxing and the garden very well kept. If the weather is bad, one can use the indoor nice pool. Wifi rate is decent, 16 Euro a week. Very efficient network. Never a problem, contrary to most places in Mallorca. Food was good although I never go to restaurant, I ordered some meals or snacks. It is home food. Some meals were bettern than the others. The cleaning staff is very respectful of privacy and very efficient.
