Review 1：The hotel was quite a distance out from the resort centre and although there was a free transfer from the hotel, it was only a small mini bus so not evey one who waited was able to get on it. Not enough entertainment for older children. Hotel could do with a refurb, rooms very dated with no air conditioning. A big problem with wasps by the bar and pool areas.

Review 2：Although the choice of food was not gourmet by a long way, there was always pleanty of choice and something for every one. Hotel always kept very clean and tidy. There was a lovely little beach acccessible directly from the hotel.

Review 3：Cocktail-mixing-machines! Relatively poor quality food. Bus transfer to beach was hopelessly too small / infrequent.

Review 5：I was staying with small child and find that entertainment ex-special karaoke, was too loud and finished too late (at noon). Bingo every night is too much. Once per week fine, but not every night. Certificate ceremony, left younger children upset, as older ones collected all certificates, without giving chance for younger ones. Not fair to them. WiFi in rooms very bad. Missing tour operator, what could help to book excursions.

Review 7：However if you have smaller children the staff can not really offer or do anything with them...so you are on your own. I have missed as well proactivity from the reception and as well from the animation team.

Review 8：Indeed the hotel can offer a lot of fun entertaiment for the children aged 4-5 untill ----? Everybody is very nice and can answer your questions if you are asking. The quality of the food was as well very good and a small suggestion would be to maybe consider to cook traditional food from Mallorca / Spain. :)

Review 14：Everything was so great,food was excellent,i was reading reviews that the food was the same everyday,maybe yes,but it is so different that in all 10 days you can choose a loto of food, alot of fuits-bananas,oranges,pineapples,melons,watermelons etc.icecream, fish, meat, also paella with seafood.All drinks, also you can make alot of cocktails,beer and sangria.About place maybe little bit far away from airport,but please Rent a car,it will take 40 min.from airport till hotel.Mallorca is soo beautiful,and you will see alot of beautiful places only by car,it will be more comfortable for you,About the beach it is very beautiful ,and you you wanna go to another beach the car from the hotel will take you there,car going every hour (dont remember).Room was also very good.After 11 at evening in the hotel is quiet,if you wanna have really some party you should go to magaluf(i don't like it at all,and im 25 years old) Magaluf is very loud place ,and all young gyus and girl drink 24/7,,so callas de mallorca is very beautiful,and this hotel is very good choice

Review 19：Although reasonable price, it isn't really when: Food uneatable - I tried most, got binned and ended up eating ham rolls. Fish poor quality, followed by pork, pork or pork, which was poor quality too. So yes it is freshly cooked, but not nice. Deserts nice though. Booze so awful, it was un-drinkable. Entertainment was attrocious and all in one place at night. But ok if you have young kids as that's all it catered for. Has two inside bars & could separate some entertainment more adult friendly or simply so you could escape from "Bill bill or Chichi cha wah wah" But these are never opened. Two lifts for a hotel of it's size is ridiculous. I know they say you get what you pay for, but I didn't. I've been to other hotels of similar price and had good quality food, decent local booze and not child only entertainment. I couldn't eat the food or drink the drink, here and the only way to escape the children's entertainment was to leave the hotel. I would not go back again. I'd have been cheaper to go to a SC or B&B

Review 20：Very friendly staff. Personally didn't like it, but good for families with young children. Also nearest beach is very pretty, although if you aren't fit, getting to it and back is hard.

Review 21：Not that I didn't like the food, but I got a bit bored. Don't get me wrong there was so much choice, I think I just got sick of eating in the same place for 7 days, 3 meals a day. But that's not the hotel's fault as we booked all inclusive!

As we traveled with a small child in advance we asked a number of conditions - like quiet place in the hotel and so on - and we got everything. Also the food was very good (was suitable for our 2 year-old child). If we should visit Mallorca again - without thinking we choose this hotel and would recommend to everyone. Review 53：Old furniture . No heating in the room (in the night was cold). Calas de Mallorca (the resort) boring ,was almost empty ,just some cats. We had a rented car and we visited the island.

Review 54：Enough parking spaces ,outside spaces ok ,plenty of local drinks . Food was ok if we consider the price for all inclusive .
