Review 1：We were given an apartment room. It was so large like a suite really. Absolutely perfect for us with our two dogs. The staff were excellent from reception to restaurant. Very well done and thank you!

Review 2：When I looked at the receipt later, I noticed that instead of charging Euros 99 (the agreed price) we were charged $112.45, which was not a good rate of exchange. Thus we were cheated by about $5 by the hotel by charging us in US dollars rather than in Euros.

Intially unhelpful receptionist in the morning said but we tell our guest about our parties! They didn't. Manager knocked off 50% but not the night we needed before a 200 mile journey on our motorbikes. Wi fi works in reception only

Review 15：Free wifi just a lie. You have to go to MacDonalds in muenster to make it happen. Nobody cares about any requests and just avoid the issue. If you don't have back problems you will get it in their hotel beds. The whole place is run down and not worth the money.

Review 18：A very peaceful location. We had to spend the night on our way from Lubeck to France and found it a nice and relaxing stop-over. Breakfast was absolutely first class.

Review 21：Single room 421 was a small hole. They wrote 16 m2, but forget to add, that app 5 m2 from it was the bathroom! I'm 1,72 cm tall, i got a 1,5 l water bottle at the middle in my hand, raised up my arms and the bottle neck hit the ceiling!!! It's a shame! There was no air in this hole, everything so dusty. Old fashioned style. Menu not to mention And so so expensive. Constant noise due to autobahn No wifi in the room No Vodafone mobile net. I was forced to go down to reception take my coat and sitting at the entrance door. I due to change in my appointments I had to stay 3 nights, nightmare! And it was just 100 eur a night, 4 stars... Do to booking rules I could not change without losing money . absolutellz not recommended for business reasons for single person.
