Set next to the seafront promenade, this complex is 1.2 miles from the centre of Calp and 10 minutes’ walk from the harbour.
Paraíso Mar features a 24-hour reception with concierge service and a bowling alley, as well as a bar that serves hamburgers and other snacks. There is a supermarket just next to the property, and a pharmacy can be found 1,000 feet away.

Review 1：Location is spot-on - all apartments with sea view, good security & parking, staff available for advice/help.Close to the Penon de Ifach, the port & town.Good restaurants & good music at Saxo bar in Moraira - will be back!!
Review 2：Great location, two sun beds on balcony,sun all day long, no need to go to beach, which is only 40 mts away but you have to pay much too much for their sun beds. Also great Wi-Fi and British TV. Nice staff, with nothing to much trouble for them.
Review 3：Outside pool was not useable this time of year and the space looked a bit deserted. The apartments are great but very basic which was no problem for us.
Review 4：The location is excellent. Positioned right on the sea front. The beach is excellent. The promenade is very clean and safe, no roads so excellent for little ones. The bar/ restaurant attached to the hotel (restaurant 78) served superb food and drinks at very reasonable prices. Very cheap in fact. The service was also friendly. I also loved the indoor pool which is essential for this time of year as the main pool is open but very cold, no one went in it. The indoor pool was a nice warm temperature and nice and clean. We requested a good family room and were given a great apartment on the first floor which had an very large balcony, although it was in the shade at this time of year, but we preferred having the space.

Review 6：Excellent location lovely apartment Beach, shops,restaurants all on the doorstep so you can relax & enjoy it all as soon as you arrive! Bus stop outside to Calpe Old Town if you want to visit Town Office staff extremely helpful. Will definately go back next year for even longer!!

Review 8：The pool and the lifeguard were superb ! He kept the pool clean and worked hard to make sure all guests done the right thing. Also when our washing machine stopped working a new one was installed without any bother by Antonio.

Review 15：Prefer an apartment nearer the beach end of the block, and also prefer a 3 bed as there is more sun on the balcony. We were in 47D and only had about 1 metre of sun at any time to sit in. There was not a 3 bed available when we booked or a 2 bed lower down or near the beach, 7 floor was a little too high for us, but having said that we will still come back.
Review 16：Position of apartment block, this was our third visit so that speaks for itself. After staying in other apartment blocks we now prefer Paraiso mar.
Review 17：The apartment was dated and is in need of a facelift. It was clean on arrival, but there isn't a further cleaning service throughout the week. There was also only one set of towels provided. This would be fine, as there was a washing machine, but there were no cleaning products, not even washing up liquid, sponges etc. Therefore it all adds to the price when you have to then buy basic items just for a weeks stay. Also had to buy a hairdryer, as there wasn't one.

Review 21：The apartment (410c) was just perfect - recently refurbished it had just about everything you could need and it was very comfortable - great view from the balcony too (all apartments are on the sunny side, but how much sun you get depends on the height of the sun mostly). The staff in the main office are incredibly helpful - and we would definately stay here again and recommend to others based on our stay in the apartment we had. Towels and bedding changed once a week (they drop fresh off and you leave the old ones outside the next day). You have to remember you're renting an apartment so you clean it yourself during your stay.

Review 23：- though we announced our arrival between 5 and 6 p.m. we arrive at 5.15 p.m. and had to wait for the concierge til 6 p.m. - the cleaness could be better: a lot of fluffs in the appartment, especially under the beds: use water to clean. - noisy neighbours upstairs moving furniture around after midnight twice.

Review 28：The apartment is a little tired & could do with a refurbishment but it didn't spoil our stay there! My only small critiscm would be that in December more bedding would have been great! The heating is excellent so not a huge issue.
Review 29：We stayed at these apartments last week, just for a couple of nights, rather than Moraira where we normally go. It's less than an hour from the airport and the view we had from our one bed apartment was terrific! A good restaurant & supermarket is a minute away, what more could you want.The manager was very helpful & nothing too much trouble. Great value for money, will definitely stay again!!

Review 31：Everything was perfect. We went in november and it was about 23-25 degrees. almost no tourist :-) we could swim in the ocean with the children and in the indoor pool. The rooms where so clean and the location is perfect with children in different ages. Lovely view over the pool, ocean and the mountains. We will come back.
Review 32：Apartment was dated and a little tired, although comfortable. Instructions for checking in and picking up keys was not as clear as it could have been, had to wait for someone going througjh gate to let us in so we could get to the sea front office.

Review 34：No form of air conditioning, we had to buy fans, hair and dust all over the apartment floor, no screens on the windows resulting in mosquito bites. Only two sunloungers for all the guests!! A bit of TLC and it would be a great place to stay.

Review 36：A broken toilet (that was not declared at the time of booking) resulted in the bathroom & subsequently the bedroom being unusable due to the smell of sewage. No solution or recompense was offered by the management team. In fact they had rented the apartment after our stay despite the ongoing issue. The apartment is very well located, but has not been updated for many years. I have stayed in Calpe previously & was limited by a last minute booking, but €1,400 for a weeks' stay was pretty scandalous by anyone's standards and I would discourage anyone from staying at these apartments. Much better value can be offered elsewhere.

Review 62：We were really enjoying a peaceful holiday until Sun 6th April when 6,500 students descended on Calpe. Seemingly this has happened for the past four years when the Portugese students finish school. They were partying and although well behaved the noise as they went back to where they were staying went on all night until 8am. There was also a concert on the beachfront right outside the apartments on the Tuesday so my advice would be to check up on this if you want to avoid the noise.
Review 63：Excellent location which was right on the beach front with no vehicles allowed so perfectly safe. The bowling alley was actually what we would call a bowling green, which was quiet and well run. The outdoor pool wasn't open until May but there was a indoor pool which was clean and fit for purpose. The apartment was spacious with full size cooker, fridge/freezer and washer and well furnished.Good views to be had from the balcony. Bus stop and supermarket right outside the back of the building. Highly recommended would certainly stay there again only not 6th - 12th April

Review 65：The indoor pool, though small, was a nice extra for in the winter. The views were lovely. Staff were polite and efficient. Location was nice as a bit quieter but still lots of bars and restaurants close by. Lots of free parking on the street during the winter. Definitely good value for money.

Review 67：He kitchen fan was quite dirty, with grease dripping off of it. We arrived late and were unable to bathe our baby because the hot water was not turned on. I will not return. Hipocampos is a lot better.
