Review 1：Worst experience ever, the receptionist swindled us 8€ due to a mistake made by themselves an they refused to admit! My weekend has been wasted by this very bad behavior! Coming from this kind of resort, it is not appropriate!!! I'll never advise to anyone.

Review 2：The quality of the room

Review 3：The hotel is a 30 minute walk from the old center of town. Staff was a bit formal but you get a free glass of sekt when you arrive. The room was in an annex next to the hotel which seemed just opened. Looked like a former residential building. The room was big and clean but sober. Free wifi internet worked well. The breakfast buffet was ok.

Review 4：The mattress cover generates a lot of heat so it's difficult to stay comfortable. Don't like the foam pillows for the same reason, too hot.The local weather at this time of year probably didn't help. The hotel is located in a busy main road so is noisy. There is no restaurant in the hotel so unable to get dinner although there is a good choice of restaurant within walking distance. This is one of the better hotels, based on price and location I have stayed in while visiting Munster, would stay again.

Review 6：We had a Room at the loft, 3 stairs up with no elevator and really small stairs. I had really heavy luggage so It was hard to get it all upstairs.

Review 16：There's no free wi-fi available, you have to buy internet acess with with your credit card on a communications website.

Review 17：I arrived at 23pm after spending a whole day on planes and the staff got me an excellent vegetarian meal! It was great! Breakfast was awesome and on the last day I had to leave at 6h and the hotel provided a "lunch bag" because breakfast opened only at 7h30. Very nice!

Review 20：We were in Munster for the Christmas markets. The hotel being about 20 minutes walk from the centre meant that we found less busy places to eat and drink. Breakfast was delicious and well-worth the money. Little touches such as the welcome drink, free soup and bread and, on our pillows on arrival, a packet of gummi bears made for a memorable stay. We would stay there again

Review 23：The parking area was rather crowded, so it was very close to impossible to get the car out (but it is a large combi). No internet in the apartments that is not in the main building.

Review 24：It was really good with the parking just outside the house we stayed in. As a gift with got a fantastic soup and bread in the evening. We had a small apartment, with two rooms, so our son could sleep in his own. The staff is not so many - but among the most efficient I have seen.

Review 25：Recommended a French restaurant close by--OMG! Excellent what a great experience. Hotel perfectly comfortable and even offer a complimentary beer on arrival.

Review 26：It would have been nice to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room. They offered us a complimentary drink at the bar on arrival but when I asked for a cup of tea, I was told I could have coffee but not tea, and there were many other restrictions, that seemed rather strange. I think the offer (too many rules) made a negative impact on us rather than a positive one which is a shame.

Review 27：The hotel is situated a short walking distance into the centre of Munster. We choose to have breakfast and it was very good value for money offering us a wide selection of food. There was plenty of parking too. Rooms were comfortable and very clean, staff were friendly.

Review 61：Clean hotel at a good location to city centre. Good breakfast, good service and kind employees. There's free soup at the lobby at night and you get a free drink per person after checkin. Roomservice is thorough and you can park your car for free at the hotel or in the neighbourhood.

Review 70：Everything was excellent, indeed! :) The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was rather big, very clean and equipped with all necessary things. Breakfast cost additional 6 euros per person, but it was definitely worth paying that. Food was tasty, choice was enormous etc. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Last but not least, the hotel every day offers a soup for free for its guests. When coming back from a city sight seeing, warm soup is exactly that what is needed.:)
