Review 1：The room being at eyesight of the pedestrians. But this of course can't be changed. The shower-head (Duschkopf) is very loose and ought to be fixed. This on the other hand can very well be changed.

Review 4：Non chain hotel in a quiet road a few hundred metres from the town centre. It had food and bar open which was nice as we arrived after 2000 and it was raining hard so we didn't want to go to town

Review 11：It was very clean, brand new rooms. We stayed during the World Cup and they even had a viewing party. It was a very nice stay, and we would definitely stay again on our next time through Pirmasens.

Review 14：Receptionist was snotty. She also was the one who was doing the B-fastbuffet. B-fast was till 10 am. We got to there just before 9.30 and mostthe food was gone. Basically just left overs and it seemed the Hotelwasn't even full so evidently there wasn't much served in firstplace. Long story short if you get there when they first start servingyou may be good to go otherwise it's a no go. The Hotel isdefinitely overprices for what they have to offer. The Towels in theBathroom have seen better times. They should consider buying new ones.Hotel room was ok but gave a very cold Environment Vibe.The Receptionistacted like we should kiss her feet for them letting you stay at theirHotel. Definitely will look into another Hotel when I am in Town nexttime. Closer to the City and hopefully a better:GASTFREUNDSCHAFT"!!! Recommend to check into some other Hotelsbefore deciding on this one.

Review 19：This hotel manages what a lot of "big" chain hotels don't. The wifi is working everywhere in the hotel and you do not get charged for it. It is a miracle........ Working on my computer was no problem at all. Very pleasant people,very clean room and as always good food.
