Review 1：Not much to do in Erding besides the water park or the brewery, depending on the time you arrive.

Review 2：This hotel is across the street from a small train station and on the way to the airport. The room was comfortable, they got everything right.

Review 3：They do not deliver what they are selling. They have air conditiinong, BUT DO NOT let you use it. Bad customer service. Management does not care about the customers. Rude.

Review 7：Our room was spacious and well appointed. The staff was very helpful, and we didn't need subject them to our "furchtbar" german. The location is at the end of an S-Bahn, so getting back to the hotel after a night of celebrating in Munich is no problem. It is best to get orientated at the S-Bahn station before you come home late at night so that you will know which direction to walk to the hotel!

Review 14：Our room was on the first floor near the hotel kitchen. If the weather has been warmer, it would have been impossible to keep the balcony door open because of the strong smell of cooking food coming from the kitchen. Nothing else to point out.

Review 15：We stayed a couple of nights at this hotel. The room was nice, clean and silent. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was helpful and nice. They ordered us a taxi to get us early to the airport early in the morning, and that was great. It's location was ideal, close to the bahnhof. It was only a short walk to the centrum, which was beautiful and small. We liked it there very much.

Review 24：I was the oen who chose and booked this hotel for my whole team visiting Electronica, I chose this hotel due to size of room (double room) and other facilities. While all colleagues got comfortable double rooms , I got apparently the smallest room in the hotel. When I complained about this then receptionist told me this room has a "queen bed" which makes it eligible for two people which is ridiculous in my opinion when I had booked a double as per definition given on booking.com. Cleanliness people did not put any shower or gel in room for consecutively 3 days. Breakfast was average for a four start hotel.

Review 26：So ultra modern, it was extremely clean, well laid out, and comfortable. A nice small bar in the lobby and walked to the other side for dinner. Dinner was great, and the staff very friendly. Took care of an airport shuttle for us the next morning. Super energy efficiency with all the modern things you would expect in a great hotel!

Review 71：Lack of tea and coffee in the rooms. The booklet states that it is "free at reception". This is not true and I asked for some. A very nice lady made me a pot. I expected a charge for this - I think 3.50 Euros was in the booklet. I was charged 10.00 Euros !!! That is ridiculous. It didn't spoil my time there but you need to sort this out.

Loved the skylights in the room, the bathroom was very clean and inviting, there was actual room to move and spacious. I actually would have loved to stay a few more days. For those of us who speak only English, there were employees there that were able to communicate with us, which helped a whole lot considering I was in Germany and could not speak German. Very friendly and helpful staff, especially on the evening I stayed, a beautiful young lady, was so very helpful, in securing myself a taxi to the airport in the very early hours considering I had to be at the airport by 0500. Their shuttle didn't start til around 0700, I believe. Very Very nice and considerate young lady. Wished I had gotten her name to say thank you so much, or danka. Ask for room 306, absolutely beautiful room.:-)

Review 109：the bathroom was smelling and since the cleaning personel left the bathroom open the whole room was smelling bad in the evening; the air conditioning not working properly. there are other hotels in the area oin the homepage of the hotel there is a package offered for two nights and entrance pass to the therme and it states also on the home page that during the holidays and oktober fest the price for the package is 8 eur/person higher. however when trying to book this from the hotel they said they don't offer this package because of the oktober fest... that's somehow a contradiction :(

When I've called on thehotel upon arrival the receptionist told me that they do not providetransfer and I need to take a taxi, what I've did. But this increasedthe total cost of the stay with almost 60 Euros (airport-hotel-airport).At this price I could have a hotel closer to the airport. Take care ofthis in case you need to stay overnight between the planes.

I booked a room with a balcony but was informed I couldn't smoke on the balcony which spoilt my stay there. I think the woman at the desk at night was a bitch as I was on the street and with the room doors closed there was no reason I couldn't smoke on the balcony. I think you should tell her off as polution from the traffic is worse than a cigarette. I looked down and the bottom balcony was filthy.

Review 117：Best Western Erding is directly across the street from the S Bahn No. 2 end of the line station. It is in a suburban location about 50 min from the main Munich train station. The hotel is super clean, has a great breakfast buffet (extra) and excellent service. It is also an excellent value. The low price does not include breakfast or the airport shuttle or taxi but that is good for travelers not needing these services. Breakfast is 15 Euro pp or you can just purchase a coffee to take back to the room or grab a quick snack at the bakery across the street at the train station in the morning. Taxi to Therme Erding 10 minutes around 12 Euro. Taxi to airport 20 minutes around 30 Euro. We stayed during a holiday weekend and the restaurant was not open nightly for dinner - not a problem because there are many nice restaurants within a short walking distance. We enjoyed Zeitlos Bavarian near the old town wall and the Greek restaurant about one block left, left.

Review 119：I liked the location and proximity to the Railway Station. It was straight across the road. We could walk there. The staff were very helpful as well. The room chosen for us met all the criteria I asked for, so the hotel staff actually cater for the guests' needs. We liked being able to have the shuttle to the airport at 4.30 to catch our plane. It was close enough so that we did not have to get up as early as we would have had to if we'd stayed in Munich.
