This beach-front complex is on a private access road in the Centre of Cabarete. The restaurants are next door and in short walk along Cabarete Bay. It features an outdoor swimming pool surrounded by gardens and just next to the ocean.
All apartments and studios have a kitchen, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi and cable TV. Rooms and baths offer modern-style décor. The kitchens are fully equipped with kitchenware, refrigerator, oven and microwave. The bathrooms have showers. Daily housekeeping, concierge services, beach chairs and beach towels are available.

Review 1：Our unit was noisy with noise coming from the garbage collector truck in the morning waking us up. Units closer to the ocean are probably quieter.

Review 4：The staff was great, helpful and all very likeable. The appartments were very clean with fresh drinking water supply for the hole stay.they were cleaned each day and had good quality furniture. It is a really good atmosphere and you can feel like at home. The really nice Hotel Manager even drove us to a doctor, when our little 1.5yrs old kid was ill!! We felt very save there, you have plenty of restaurants nearby - getting breakfast at 7 is no problem at all. Really recommendable!!!!

Review 6：The staff was great. I did not have enough underwear left and the woman at the front desk offered to wash my clothes for free. Now that's hospitality.

Review 8：I stayed in a little studio appartment and it was pertect for my needs. I really enjoyed my stay there, and the staff was very helpful and kept the place extremely clean. I would stay there again and recommend the place to any of my friends or family. The best feature was the location could not have been better. On the beach in the heart of Cabarete.

Review 16：All in all it was a good place to spend a week-end on the beach. The room is pretty big. It has a kitchen and a balcony. Right on the beach.

Review 17：Excellent value for the money. We got the small studio which was great for the two of us. We had a partial (but very nice) view to the ocean. The studio is somewhat dated but very clean. We use the small kitchenette extensively (cooked excellent home made french toasts & other dishes) with no issues. Staff very friendly and flexible. Location is good too right in the center of town (the town is quite small).

Review 18：Entrance to property was a little difficult from lack of street parking. People not staying at the hotel (s) that the alley way is for park there any way and go into the local shops, banks etc. blocking the entrance. It runs with the country no regards for anyone else. That will not stop me from returning.

Review 19：The location, layout of the grounds, units, pool and the beach remind me of something I would find in Napili Kai in Maui. The grounds are very well maintained with good security. I will most definitely be back!

Review 21：They are centrally located on Cabarete Beach, and you can see the ocean from your room. Friendly staff, always cleaning the beautiful grounds and cleaned our room daily. It is not a luxury condo, but that is not what we were looking for. The condo is perfectly comfortable and clean, and is just what we wanted. I hope to be able to visit there again!
