Review 1：Microscopic ants in the room, room, not well cleaned after the previous occupants. Slight smell of sewer from the toilet. Bad coffee in the pool bar. No local=spanish TV channels, only british/german/italian.

Review 2：Good location near the Caleta de Fuste bus station, shopping center w/restaurants and not far from the beach. Nice long pool in a "Z" shape, 1,35m deep. Quiet apartment, usable kitchen. Bed nicely firm=hard. TV free (deposit for remote returned on checkout).

Review 13：Reception staff was rude at the check in,no info,just handed piece of paper and said all we need to know is there! We asked for room close to the pool in the email. We got apt far from the pool,we asked could she relocate us,she said no straight away without checking. We said there's a lot of free apts and she said all is alocated and if we want to change we need to pay extra! You have to pay for access to internet. There's tv in the room but €6 to rent remote and €3every day to have few channels. Air con is extra too Every day we ate in different restaurant and only "Profumi"can be proud of the food and service. The rest of them,menu food and some of them even staff,not great at all and expensive!!

Review 15：The pool is a health and safety hazard. The surrounding area was dirty with bird muck and plasters and other nasties. No airconditioning in living room for people sleeping in there on sofa bed - not suitable size for the children.

Review 17：The whole location is infested with ants - they are everywhere staring from your bed to the breakfast table (watch out for dried and fresh fruits) Very poor breakfast, no fresh coffee or tea. Poor quality machines and tea bags. Garden is full with sigarette buds and clots of hair (I guess the cleaning ladies just wipe everything from the apartment into the garden) Baby pool was never cleaned, full of sand, stones and plastic cups

Review 19：The pool was disgusting. Tiles missing and thick black residue in the grouting of the tiles. If you looked into the water you could see it all floating around. The room was infested with ants.

Review 27：Actually we didn't have any bad experience just couple of suggestions re: the bungalow equipment. It would be nice to have a couple of hooks in a bathroom and bedroom and additional mirror in a bedroom or living room. Shower head was nor very good and we had a lot of water on the floor after taking a shower.

We used self catering but went to the restaurant for lunch a few times and really liked the quality and quantity of food.

Internet can be used only at the reception, only from one device at a time, and sometimes the speed is not great. On the whole, it is not worth paying (you can always use wi-fi at Diner Express shop )) ) Planes start lowering for landing at this area, so it can be rather noisy (although no planes at night) Lounge chairs near the pool are rather shabby, some are broken

Review 43：The location is perfect, near the beach, shops and cafes. The kitchen is well-equipped (including coffee-maker, microwave and bottle opener) The appartment is very neat, has everything necessary and is a real value for money.

Review 44：cleaning was not every day and at different times, sometimes in the morning sometimes in the afternoon. and quite poor. Do not change the towels every day and the cleaners consist of the sweep and give a quick rinse in the bathroom. ants everywhere, in the bathroom, in the kitchen. Do not leave anything out of the fridge because within a few minutes the ants take possession of your food. If you want air conditioning is charged € 3 per day and if you want to watch TV, even the paid € 3 per day.

Review 52：You have to pay extra for use of air-conditioning, internet and safe. For 3-star accommodation definitely all these facilities should be included in the room price. Internet prices are quite steep - 15 minutes is one euro or 6 euros a day for wi-fi. There are cockroaches (the tropical kind) in the complex. Staff did not give the correct anit-insect spray when asked and had defensive attitude. On the private patio, they don't offer a parasol so it is quite difficult to sit outside for a long time especially from midday onwards. It was extremely difficult to sleep. Awful mattresses for the main beds. You have to purchase their air-conditioning (3 euros a day plus 12 euro deposit for remote control) if you want to have a proper sleep. There is a lot of noise at night coming from the restaurant and main pool area. Would recommend to request a room furthest from the pool.

Review 53：Modern complex in a safe area with very close access to beach, supermarket, shops, airport, entertainment etc. Kitchen was very well-equiped with modern appliances. Bathroom and living space were very spacious. It was nice to have a private patio. Good value for money for self caterers.

Review 57：My family and I have stayed at caybeach for the last 3 years and we have really enjoyed our time there. The only one negative thing I would have to say is the swimming pool was missing tiles in parts of the pool and my little girl cut her foot on it. She was ok and this was reported to the hotel so hopefully they will fix this.

Review 58：Staff polite but not very friendly. Pool area way to small. very crowded plenty of sun beds but no were to put them and not many parasols either. Had to go beach everyday. Entertainment was very poor and area full of cockroaches of a night although not by bungalows. Drinks were ok but never in a glass always paper cups. Did feel safe on complex security was quite tight. We went all inclusive Suppose for the money was ok but wouldn't go to this complex again but would go to this island it's fantastic for couples and families but there wasn't much for teenagers or young adults.

Review 60：The food on occasional was too oily which wasnt to my taste. Also a simle mixed tomato salad would have been good as some salads I found odd (and not a raisin fan). Entertainment was basic and we found advertised entertainment not being held.

Review 61：The location is excellent 5 mins walk to resort centre and beach. The apartments were large and clean, we were lucky to get near the pool which was great with having the kids. We were all inclusive and the food served was a mixed bag but there was always something we liked (also pool bar offered chips/burgers/toasties). Staff were friendly andcleaners are fab. Re the beach it is worth walking the 10 minsto the beach by the sheraton as it is by far better also the supermarket here (Spar) is very cheap to stock up at.

Review 62：Staff said that I had booked for 3 adults, not so but was made to feel that I had even though I had confirmation to prove it. Paid for wifi but no coverage. Reception understaffed so checking felt rushed due to the queue of residents forming behind me. Can't comment on other facilities as I didn't use them.

The staff is very friendly and helpful.There are many restaurants, bars and supermarkets just a few minutes from apartments. The room are cleaned every day and towels changed every 2nd day. The pool area is also nice.

Review 123：Our second visit to Caybeach as we really enjoyed it last October. The location as we dive and the dive centre is a 10 minute walk and the restaurant and shops are round the corner. Also the cleanliness, one of the cleanest pools we have seen. We intend to go back this July for more diving and hopefully stay at Caybeach again.

Service can be quite slow in the pool bar especially as they ask for your room number and ring it in the till even though you are all inclusive and wearing a band. It just wastes time.
