Review 1：no internet, no parking

Review 2：very good villa, fully equipped in kitchen, garden patio with shadow, short distance to beach, supermarket near by, quiet place.

Review 3：When we booked the location, it was mentioned that there would be A/C. However, in the end we found out that A/C was only available in the master bed room. This is completely unfair and we suffered from too high temperatures in the house during our whole stay.

Review 4：Well-equipped kitchen

Review 5：The listing states air conditioned holiday home. Air conditioning is only in the master bedroom. Downstairs is not air con nor are any other rooms. We took a two year old who had to sleep with us every night as the two back bedrooms were simply too hot to sleep in. The boiler is dangerous and does not work properly and the house fills with gas. First three days we had to fill a pan and put it on the hob to get hot water to wash to make matters worse no kettle is supplied even when we requested one we were told no. Master bed room blind does not close. Washing machine, fridge, TV at least 20 years old.

Review 7：the upstairs rear bedroom window blind does not full fit the window and lets heat in. the shower head is not stable and adjustable, also the shower is next to the bathroom window which has no blind and could be a personal privacy issue as ones silloette can be viewed from the outside even though the glass is frosted. Ther could be more aircon as there is none in the living room, and with the east west aspect of the building it is not possible to cool the room. Some of the fittings could probably do with upgrading fridge freezer and washing machine. The house sleeps upto 8 comfortable but does not provide comfortable seating for 8 people! but never the less excellent for a short stay

Review 8：Great location, close to supermarket, beach. and only a few minutes from Torre del Mar, which also has great beaches. The house is, I think east west facing so there is no avoiding the sun, hot at the back AM, hot at the front PM, but a ver well laid out house. Air con in the master bedroom
