Review 5：Since I became ill when I was there, and had to go to the hospital, I can't comment on the place specifically, but the restaurant is fabulous and the staff are wonderful. My husband also got inadvertently locked out of the room late at night, so never got to actually sleep in the bed! We had a bit of a fiasco situation that was unique to us, and not the hotel's fault.
Review 6：The hotel is very comfortable and full of period features and glorious exterior. The room was well laid out and light and airy. The food was exceptional and it is clear the head chef has a real flair and passion for his craft/art - and for once someone truly understands what outstanding vegetarian cuisine can be. And the meat options were sublime also. All staff members were lovely, supremely helpful and felt like friends. And the room tariff was very reasonable!

Guests arriving on Sundays and Mondays will be contacted by the hotel in order to specify the arrival and check-in time. On Sundays this is only possible until 16:00 and Mondays until 19:00.The restaurant is closed Sundays evenings and all day on Mondays. It will also be closed from 20 December 2015 - 19 January 2016.The hotel will be closed in winter from 20 December 2015 - 14 January 2016.
