Review 2：The location is perfect. It is right in the middle of the new and old towns. A few minutes walk to the promenade and the view of the Civic Centre and fountains from our rooms was lovely.

Review 3：The location of the hotel is at the corner of the old town, which gives you access to the awesome bars without it being too noisy. And the beach is just a short walk away. Rooms are not huge but they are comfortable. Liked the pantry area equipped with coffee machine and hot water. Excellent place to stay!

Review 4：The lack of sound proof wall, we could hear the tv of the room at the end of the corridor. The price is a bit high for the standard of the hotel.

Review 16：Everything. The location, the room itself which was exactly as described in Booking.com, the view from the room, the cleanliness, the free tea and coffee making facilities, the free wifi. But most of all the friendly welcome we received from Roberto on our very late arrival and the entire staffs continuing friendlines. This establishment should be put up as an example on how to keep your clients happy. Also the free walking tour that Roberto recommended led by our wonderful guide Irati. We will return.

Review 19：The staff was never there, even though they said they would be there between 9am and 8 pm. However, they were there when I arrived, and were pleasant. Noise form the street does not bother (good isolation), however, from the neighbouring rooms the sound travel very easily.

Review 25：The hotel is 5 minutes walk from some of the best tapas bars and restaurants in the old town. Our room was spotlessly clean and had an excellent shower. We would definitely stay again. Don't be put off by the fact there is no downstairs reception. You'll be delighted when you get to the first floor.

So close to the old town but not right in the thick of it and with a great little balcony that was great for people watching. Review 37：This was the perfect place to stay for us. Just outside of the Old Town. Perfect distance to be very close to pinxtos but far enough away that it was quiet. Beach was no more than a 5-10 minute walk. The most surprising part of this hotel was how big our room was by European standards. We rented the Junior Suite, and what we got for the money far exceeded our expectations. Everything was very clean and the staff was very helpful. If we ever get the chance to return to Donostia-San Sebastian, we will not hesitate to stay here again. A++++

Review 38：Location was excellent 2 minute walk from the great selection of pinxchos bars and shops. The beautiful clean beaches are easily walkable and an ideal opportunity to walk along the promenade.

This was quite inconvenient as I am charged currency fees and interest with my card. To avoid this I intended to pay by cash. I think the hotel should have confirmed prior to charging my card.
