Review 1：This hotel was the worst ive ever been very rude staff (they even denied me an invoice after i payed) repetitve food,lack of employees you have to serve everything yourself(yes even water),noisy ac, dirty rooms on top of that they take aways the towels so you have to bring towels if you plan to stay here.

Review 3：I'm a sports buff, so don't expect state of the art windsurfing equipment. It doesn't exist. They only have 2 sails, a 4.0 and a 4.5. That is it. The tennis area needs a lot of help. The tennis court needs to be redone. The wind protection around the court need to be replaced entirely. The sun has killed it and needs to be replaced. The food is acceptable but needs work. Sushi is spelled SUSHI and not Suchi. I found a roach on a plate and I discreetly gave it to one of the managers at the food area. He apologized on behalf of the hotel.

Review 4：I liked the shows at night. The entertainment professional takes a lot of time to perfect all shows. The animation team really tries to get you involved in their activities. The Tennis pro was very good. The staff is beyond friendly and my only reason for coming back to this only all inclusive hotel. All of the staff are very helpful and courteous.

Review 5：My air conditioning went out and I was told to open a window. We ended up sleeping on the floor near my patio to catch a cool breeze, as the temperature of the room exceeded 90 degrees. We awoke completely wet with sweat. We were not moved until 1pm the next day. Once moved, we were placed in a same type suite and noticed that everything that did not work in our suite (kitchenette faucets, microwave), worked fine in the new room.

Review 6：The ONLY thing good about this trip was the beach time and Rolando (the wait staff at breakfast). He was attentive and carried a smile even through some of the uglieat of circumstances and rude individuals.

Review 7：Bathroom could be better, there was smell from one of the restaurants in my room and disco was not worth it (better go to Cabarete after show), but that was minor stuff. DJ lost my pendrive when I asked him to put some music on it and that one killed my spirit :(

Review 8：Food was good, drinks ware OK, hotel stuff ware very friendly yet managed to keep us in house roles :), animation team was very nice and shows ware very good. All-inclusive ment ALL including katamaran rides, paddle and body boards, gym, etc.

Review 9：I was advised that I had early check-in; however, they charged me $180 for my family. There was a lack of communication with the Rep and the manager. Elaina tried to help but the manager was adamant and didn’t help and I was charged extra $180 that I did not budget for.

Review 21：The food was unsatisfying compared to other resorts I have stayed at recently. Beverages that included alcohol was very watered down. For the same price as the Rio Bachata I get 4 bottles of rum to drink in the room

Review 22：Our room was supposed to be a superior with 1 king bed. We got 2queen beds in stead. It was just two of us celebrating our 1 year wedidn't need 2 beds. We requested a non smoking room we got a roomthat smelt like a live cigarette every time we walked in. Horribleplastic 12 oz cups were just cheap. I'd give this place a 2 outof 5 stars.

Review 23：The Italian restaurant was good, there was a strip of restaurants andnight life with in walking distance on the beach which was nice. Thelive shows were decent and the bartender was nice.
