Review 1：Beautiful family run hotel, in a spectacular position, overlooking terraces, and, of course, the sea! Brilliant centre for cycling or walking. Spacious bedroom, and old world charm.

Review 2：We've been visiting over the last 13 years. We love the old fashioned charm and simplicity of the hotel. The rooms are all delightful and the views are spectacular.

Review 3：The only thing that I could potentially criticise is that the WIFI was only accessible in the communal areas however this was well stated before we booked and to be fair there was something nice about not looking a our smart phones and gazing at the view instead.

Review 4：When we arrived at 12:30hrs our room was not ready, having asked for a room with a sea view we were more than happy to wait for this to be ready. A really great young man (the owners son I think) showed us to the terrace where he got us complimentary coffee. The room and the views were amazing the area reminded me of the Almalfi coast in Italy ...but better value and nicer service here. The breakfast was lovely and we had dinner 4 courses for €50.00 excellent with choices for starters, mains and dessert. We were there in early October 2015 so it was quiet but that's what we were looking for and that was what we got it ticked all the boxes. When we were leaving we were offered the room for the rest of the day free of charge well past the 1200 checkout time.

Review 7：The location of the hotel is stunning and the village of Banyalbufar is so relaxing. The staff work very hard and we really appreciated their helpfulness. The hotel retains an old fashioned Mallorcan feel and therefore tends to be a little quirky. However for us that was the real charm of the place. Our hotel room was large, with great sea and cliff views. In fact we stayed at the Mar i Vent 14 years ago and it really hadn't changed in that time. We certainly look forward to going back.

Review 8：Very bad wi-fi, dirty carpets, so-so cleaning of the room, non-functioning remote control for t.v., no coffee-making facilities in the room, no refrigerator (mini-bar).

Review 18：We were in an annex room which was lovely but the back of the bed was on the main road, not good at Siesta time when about 150 motorbikes come whizzing by on a Saturday afternoon, echoing their noise from both directions of this windy hilly road.

Review 19：A beautiful pool and terrace but it shuts between 13.30 and 16.30 for Siesta Time!! Though when we were there there no children so we were allowed use the terrace. Beautiful views from pool terrace, bar & restaurant.

Review 23：We had a 'view with a room' absolutely stunning, large balcony gave a true panorama. The breakfast was superb everything of quality and lots of fresh fruit. The staff were attentive, friendly and professional. We will return to enjoy more of Cisco's super hospitality.

Review 24：Stayed 4 nights on a 12 day cycling trip. Very friendly and helpful staff - you interact directly with the family that owns the hotel. Breakfast items were really good quality too (the strawberries were amazing !! :) Our room was quiet & very clean. One thing to note - wifi was only in the common area - but that wasn't a problem for us at all.

Review 55：Parking is a little tight, as the hotel and village is on a steep hillside, overlooking the sea. But worth putting up with that, for the gorgeous location and views.

Review 56：We had a wonderful week at this lovely hotel. It overlooks the sea with beautiful views from our balcony. Breakfast and dinner was served on a terrace which again had gorgeous sea views. The hotel also has a very good swimming pool. Banyalbufar is a lovely, relaxed, Majorcan village with a nice selection of restaurants. This hotel is a great base for a holiday to relax and recharge the batteries.

Review 69：they charged our room for coffees and drinks that we had to the hotel bar more than the bar catalogue mentioned. the distance from all other places is big because of the mountains. If you don't have a car, you will pay about 50 euros a taxi ride. A little bit old fashioned design.

The decor isa little dated and the clientele in the main more mature... Onlymentioning it as others expecting something else may notappreciate/embrace the charm of the place. The rocky beach is anenergetic walk away (downhill on way, uphill on return). Fabulous lung-testing mountain walks to neighboring bays/villages. Lovely tranquilterrace pool area for lazy days on a sunbed.
