Review 1：Bar staff could be more attentive and friendly and appeared overworked. Staff refused when I asked for beer to be had inside at the pool bar in a glass not plastic. General pavement areas in and around the complex needs attention as weeds are growing and should be cleaned more regularly. Adult bar needs better supervision as one of the guests got completely carried away and undressed ( children present ) during rendition of a karaoke song , needless to say we didn't attend again after that.

Review 2：Children's entertainment was good. Food average. Facilities clean and comfortable. Location excellent. Reception staff friendly and efficient.

Review 3：Staff rude and unhelpful. Hotel tired and dated. Entertainment is out dated and only on for short time . Childrens play park hidden and frankly unsafe. Child had accident and receptionist could not care less and it was their fault . Reported and spoke with manager .

Review 5：The pool area was dominated by families with children so we found ourselves spending most of our days by the beach rather than by the pool.

Review 6：Broncemar Beach was close to lots of very nice bars and restaurants. Only a 10 min walk to the lovely beach and the sea was warm enough to go in even in December. Also, it's only 10 mins in a taxi from the airport and the bus station to connect up to the rest of the island is 5 mins walk away. The apartment was clean, comfortable and functional.

Review 9：We had a friendly welcome. The room was of decent size and very clean. Small balcony and a terrace. Well equipped. The apartment itself was abit overlooked but had more privacy than the ground floor ones. Only minutes walk to centre and beach. Excellent value for what we paid.

Review 16：The photo's and star rating oversell this hotel which has become tired and outdated with quick fixes evident everywhere, i.e. tissue stuffed in holes in kitchen wall to prevent cockroaches, broken locks on balcony doors replaced with screw in bolts. Our bedroom window kept blowing open and huge cockroaches in room which receptionist said was normal. Based on outdated charging model for every appliance including cash meter on the 1990's style TV and hairdryer.

Review 18：Where do I start the reception staff were not very helpful they were too busy doing their paperwork and not give their time to the guests. The maintenance men were very rude and the most obnoxious people I have ever encountered in my life. How they are employed I do not know. Would never recommend it

Review 22：You had to pay cash for extras which was not cheap for wifi and fans specially when you went out you could get free wifi and better reception. We did self catering and no broom . Had to ask for child seat for them to ask restaurant if they could spare one. Bed change in daughters apartment was bad. Found cockroaches in bathroom. Very limited kitchen equipment had to go out and buy my own. I had to defrost my fridge because the freeze box was so frozen you could not put nothing in it

Review 25：Lovely apartments loved the big and spacious pools and pool area . plenty on sun beds at all times. Rooms were very clean. I would recommend staying here also I would go back again.

Review 31：Not much food variety, which runs out often when busy. Plates, cups etc need to be stocked up quicker. Not enough sun loungers/umbrellas for everyone. Many days the lifeguard would go around moving umbrellas from one family to another, rather than doing his main job, being a lifeguard! Hard uncomfortable beds, get an upper floor room where wifi works better and there is a breeze. Fire extinguishers and fire alarms, many were broken or not charged so would be useless in case of emergency! Can get very noisy at night, avoid rooms near entertainment

Review 33：Not enough dishes and plates for 4 people who were self catering. No cleaning equipment, no brush to sweep the floor, which is needed when you've been to the beech. No wi-fi other than in reception. TV was pay for view and did not work. No air-conditioning as advertised, you needed to rent fans for the rooms.

Review 38：We missed our flight and traveled via lanzarote so arrived a day late. At check in we were told we werent being charged for the previous night. Reception staff were very nice and resturant and bar staff all lovely and helpful. They were fantastic with children and our baby loved them. The entertainment micky jessie n gang were the friendliest ive ever come across and so fun we stayed every evening to watch the show and even managed to win over 300 euro at bingo. The pool was relaxing and kids were having a ball. I will definately be back

On the day we were leaving, we were due to check out at 11 am but our flight was not until evening and as I was feeling sick the receptionist let us stay in the apartment until 6 o'clock which we appreciated very much.

Review 65：The staff were brilliant and very effective! We have spent 4 days in Broncemar Apartment in Caleta de Fust. We get 2 cleaning in 4 days. The apartment was well equipped and located in a brilliant location within walking distance to all of the restaurants,bars and shops.

Review 66：Terrace is not separate from others-so no privacy - neibr. are just one meter from you. No view. Kitchen equipment poor. Non working cooker, ESB falling down if you cook something, Burned pan, missing wooden spoon, not even washing liquid or soap provided. Water is not drinkable so you have to buy water if you want to cook for example pasta or just have a tea or coffee.. You have to buy everything at local minimarket with a 400%surcharge. (Cava- wine normally cost 2,50 Euro, at minimarket 8 Euro. Everything is payable. 1 euro/1 hour TV, 6 euro/1 hour very slow internet. Pool warm but very noisy. Whole day and night loud music and kids everywhere. Entertainment -.

Review 68：Wi fi leaves a lot to be desired. TV is expensive and the variety of English stations is not good. With the exception of BBC international there is little offered to English speaking guests. Surely in this digital age it can't be that difficult to facilitate at a reasonable price

Review 71：Pools and entertainment staff in evening was good for toddlers. We stayed here for two weeks with a 1 year old and a 3 year old and really enjoyed it. Washing machines on site are a great help. I found all staff nice and friendly.

Review 83：The English tourists were all dominant which made us feel unwelcome at times. The entertainment was all for the Thomas Cook guests and the theme was ingrown english. The beach is not as good as in the Corralejo area.

Review 84：The pool was large and clean with lots of space. The hotel is situated in the center of the town with shops and restaurant right next to the hotel. Nice sized apartments with a large sun terrace. Very close to everything on the island uf you rent a car.
