Review 1：The room was too hot - we were glad a fan was provided, which we had on all night long. We managed to park for free outside the hotel car park. I think charging staying guests extra for parking when they clearly have a car park is not OK.

Review 2：Friendly staff, wonderful relaxation areas, spa and pool facilities with lots of different saunas and spaces so even with lots of people you didn't feel crowded. The breakfast buffet was excellent and our standard room was comfortable.

Review 3：Very poor wifi reception in the hotel room. Parking lot can be difficult when full.

Review 4：Relaxed atmosphere. Clothing-free area for swimming and sunbathing. Excellent and extensive breakfast.

Review 5：Location is in middle of nowhere. Worked fine for me since I was travelling for business, but for a vacation I would stay closer to a city. The wi-fi was really finicky too.

As you are taken through a private estate with barriers, quite difficult to find, & in the middle of no where Also We were in room 504 A word of warning to anyone booking if you are in rooms 500 - 509 you have to go out of the hotel & back in about 20 yds further along.. A bit embarrassing if you are going to the spa... As you are not allowed in there unless you are wearing your robe, we were only staying for 1 night otherwise we would have wanted to be moved

Review 15：5,200 square metres of Spa area!!! Great - but you might mention on your website that a large part is non-textile. It may be the rule in Germany but it is not in many other countries.

Review 16：Helpful and attentive staff. Lots of activities - places to visit nearby, walks, lakes, a good set of bikes to rent. And on site the spa, bars and a restaurant that are up to standards - the bar garden area is really delightful.

Review 17：Poor Food has changed over the Last 15 years we have been coming to the hotel it's all about buffet and feeding 120 people. If you like as much you can eat places than that's for you. But if you looking for a la carte - forget it. Rooms in need of updating . We were quite disappointed and won't go back anymore ,

Review 19：We didn't particularly think the food was good at the restaurant. Therump steak was very tough and the dessert was fair but did not lookappetizing due to the texture, not did it taste very good. We weretraveling as us citizens but could find no tv stations in English. Alsoas Americans, it was difficult to adjust to the no clothing section ofthe spa. The did have a section where you could wear your swimsuits butthe sauna and steam room area required no clothing. Perhaps they couldhave a section in the clothed area that you could wear your swimsuits.Also, more bilingual signs would be helpful.

Review 20：I thought the resort was beautiful and well maintained. I liked thecontemporary furnishings for our executive suite and the amenities. Wehad mini bar, 2 flat screen TV's, heated floors and towel warmers, anddouble vanity sinks. We liked the buffet breakfast that was included;there were a lot of choices. A lot of the staff spoke English whichwas helpful.
