Review 1：Very quaint and gave us nice feel if German living
Review 2：We loved the cosy room and welcoming fruit bowl. The breakfast was lovely - a full German breakfast. What a pretty place !!!
Review 3：Practically, everything ! We were told that nobody will be there at the time of our arrival at Eltville. We were given through e-mail a code to open a box in which our key were waiting for us. We were expecting, at least at the end of the afternoon to talk to the person in charge, but obviously, nobody turned up. We don't think this is the most professional and kindest way to welcome your guests. 2- The room was very small and not really practical. Moreover, we were given duvet too heavy for the season which did not help to sleep through comfortably. 3- The hotel did not provide enough soap to enjoy a decent shower. From the look of it, they are on the mean side. 4- We had an average breakfast, in a very uncomfortable room , at the ground floor , served by a moody young lady - the only living being we saw since our arrival. 5- We complained to her about the poor quality of service - or rather no service at all - but this young woman could not care less. The only thing she seemed to be interested in was obviously the payment of our stay. - Conclusion : in a nutshell, a hotel to avoid like plague !
