Review 1：During my stay I visited popular attraction nearby- prison in Horsens. The chambers for prisoners are identical with the tiny rooms in this hotel. Also I received via booking.com conformation letter saying that this letter is enough for chek in. Turned out to be- it was not enough. As there is no staff- and not so good dervice via phone- I had to find internet at the night to find some other special conformation letter with the door code. Would not reccomend this place.

Review 8：We had an issue getting into our room and there was no staff there and we could not reach anyone by phone. The rooms are entered using a code, but there is no additional lock once you are inside the room. Rooms are comfortable but basic and spartan. Parking in the area is difficult as it is very congested. You also have to pay for parking between 9am and 5pm.

Review 14：The unpersonal approach of the hotel (no real receptionist) is a bit offputting. Also, the shower has no stall or curtain or anything so after your shower literally everything in your bathroom is wet, including the toilet paper. Breakfast is really really basic.

Review 59：No staff at the reception when we arrive around 11am and it is told that the staff will only come at 5pm something. Booking instruction said that the hotel will send us the detail for check in but we received nothing. Luckly we can find a cleaner to help us to phone someonen to get the access to the room, otherwise we need to carry our bag and walk around.

Review 62：Hotel/hostel right in the city center, with a small free inner parking (if you are lucky to get a parking space as you cannot reserve one!), big room, very clean, comfortable bed, very good internet (lan and wifi in the room), very friendly staff (the ones you could find, as the hotel is not staffed all the time); Coffee and tea 24/7; excellent value for money!
