Review 1：There was a problem one evening with one of the waiters who seemed to object to our having a meal in the hotel restaurant. This made it rather stressful. We felt we had to hurry & get out more quickly than we would have liked.

Review 7：We loved every minute of our 7 night stay. The staff particularly Pedro, Jose, Mano and Toni were charming and pleasant. The breakfasts and dinners were superb especially sitting on the terrace overlooking the bay. We'll definitely go back.

Review 8：Lovely setting, peaceful village but most of all we found the staff in all departments to be this hotels best asset. They pitched the whole experience just right. Perfecto to all and one!

Review 9：Most mornings a very noisy rubbish collection lorry arrived at 5 a.m. (+/- 10 minutes) and stayed for several minutes loading AND compacting the rubbish. We were in an annexe (rooms 115 & 116) and this may not be a problem in all the rooms.

Review 11：The location, staff and facilities are amazing - nothing is too much trouble. The best place to spend a relaxing time. Close by everything you need, excellent transport meters from the door. I returned for a second stay four weeks after my first and will return next year.

Review 12：There were some issues with the pluming in the building so the water was turned off for a couple of hours. They charged us for using the phone, which we would of liked to know ahead of time.

Review 13：Staff was extremely accommodating, especially their concierge who works at night. The location was perfect and the food was amazing. I wish we would have known that we needed to make reservations for the restaurant in advance.

Review 14：Our room, 114, was the last one available & quite small. It was close to next door's extractor fan so was noisy at night. The twin beds, whilst blissfully comfortable, were on wheels on a tiled floor so kept moving. No chance of a snuggle! The gap between the bottom of the bed & the wall mounted TV is quite tight and I grazed myself the first time i got into bed.

Review 15：Location is amazing, hotel is stunning and the staff exceptional... Great food on offer in the restaurant and all round the resort. The proximity to the beach is brilliant and the roof pool is lovely.

Review 16：The staff at the Hotel Niu are outstanding. The food delicious and the views from the restaurant overlooking the sea are beautiful. You can swim in the turquoise sea just at the bottom of the Hotel steps or take a dip in the small pool situated on the rooftop. Whilst relaxing by the roof top pool on the sun beds you have a magnificent view overlooking the bay.

Review 17：The only thing I can pick up on is the doors banging obviously they are fire doors fall credit but they could do with some signs asking the holidaymakers to have some consideration for those in their rooms throughout the night

Review 37：I would advise a room on the top floor, we had a room next to the road, which was not as private as I would like, the rooms are very basic but the price is appropriately fixed. The road was extremely quite and we had no problem there. The bathrooms need to be upgraded.

Review 38：This hotel is as close as you can get to being near a beautiful small beach. The staff were terrific, the views stunning and there was a lot to do if you wanted to have a drive up the coast. The food at the hotel was good and there were two other good restaurants a couple of minutes walking away all with great views. We were there in June and there were no crowds. Breakfast was amazing.

Review 93：The washroom had a very bad smell. We had to keep the door closed at night. The toilet was extremely small. If you are above 1.80m. quite difficult to spend some time on the toilet bowl.

Review 95：The room was a bit dated and showing signs of wear and tear but always kept spotless clean. If going back would recommend a sea view room as they are quieter. Access to the hotel is via a steep road or steps so not suitable if you have walking difficulties.

Review 96：The Hotel Niu is a small hotel with only 24 rooms. There is free high speed wifi throughout the hotel and each room has a minibar/fridge which can be used for your own drinks etc. The rear rooms are compact but more than adequate. The views from the front of the hotel are to die for and breakfast on the terrace is just amazing. The staff in the hotel are superb and very friendly. The hotel has a great a la carte restaurant.

Review 97：Our room was awful! Too small, dark, the only place to get light was to go in the bathroom. The receptionist was indifferent to our complaints and indeed we heard several other guests complain about their rooms during our 5 night stay so she was obviously used to it. The moral seems to be: get a room at the front facing the sea if you can.
