Review 1：Lobby a bit sad looking and the casino aspects make the place look tacky. OK if you go there for the gambling I guess but if you are a regular traveller looking for a general place to stay then it a bit off-putting.

Review 10：High quality hotel, great position, near the river, with a fantastic view from the windows, private parking (but you can also the park the car in the street next to the hotel), big rooms, very spacious (we were 2 adults and 2 children: one king size bed, one extra bed, one crib), wonderful breakfast. The staff is very kind, helpful and polite.

Review 15：Friendliness of staff, cleanliness + secure underground parking. Although @ $14 Euros the parking was a little expensive you are secure in the knowledge your car and property are safe - the staff even cleaned the windows to my car! Breakfast was superb!

Review 112：large rooms, I really love the idea how they divide the space of closet, bathroom & shower, and the room. clean rooms. we stayed there for 2 days and I even was prepared to not change the sheets everyday, but unfortunately my son did not agree with me and he made a little accident at night. In the morning I even managed to forget to call and say bed sheets have to be changed due to what my son did last night... I was worried, but when we returned from the day trip, everything was taken care of. Then I started to observe the other day as we stayed longer in the room in the morning. Housekeeping staffs are simple invisible, we did not see them or their carriage on the corridor, we did not hear them. But we went out for a short while in the afternoon, came back to the room and it has been serviced. I normally do not write long stories in hotel review, but I really appreciate their “invisibility” so much that I have to write this down. Breakfast is nice quality -- bean to coffee, good healthy food options, delicious mini bakeries. And the view is just beautiful in the restuarant at breakfast.
